If only we could write in John McCain as the next president. This is a link to a transcript from his appearance today on the Tony Snow radio show on FoxRadio.

It is worth a read. Why? Well he first of all puts to rest the Bush campaign sponsored miss leading that Kerry offered him the VP spot. As you will read, that never happened. Additionally he offers advice to both on what issues are most important. Social Security and a simplification of the tax code. Rarely am I impressed by elected officials but I cannot remember a time this man said or did anything that was not honorable and in the best interest of all Americans.

Anyway worth a read, good insight into him and possibly some of the other issues we will deal with in this coming election.
