I am not fighting you. I am merely being in opposition of your opinion because I like discussions. ATS is a discussion forum isn't it? I am not saying that you are wrong - nor I'm saying that you are right. I'm trying to start a discussion here but you apparently have no interest of discussing this subject. How disappointing.

Also I'm not a scientist. I'm just an amateur philosopher (thinker you may say, as yourself) who likes to discuss subjects from multiply point of views not just one.

So I came to this:

A4_440 Mhz - Red color 430-480 THz
B4_494 Mhz - Orange color 480-510 THz
C5_523 Mhz - Yellow color 510-540 Thz
D5_587 Mhz - Green color 540-610 Thz
E5_659 Mhz - Blue color 610-670 Thz
F5_698 Mhz - Violet color 670-750 Thz

But why are there 6 primary colors and 7 notes?

In Eastern music the octave can be divided up into an infinite number of micro-steps... but that doesn't make A-440 Hz any different than A-438 Hz. In fact... very few people could distinguish the two from one another.

It is when you start studying the concepts of Intervals and Harmony in both Music and Art, that similarities jump out.

Something to think about.

Sound:
• The Major Scale in western music is built on 7 notes per octave [white keys on the piano].
• There are three primary notes: Tonic or Root, Major Third, and Perfect Fifth.
• You have 5 accidental notes [black keys on the piano] that make the Major Pentatonic Scale.
• When the Major Pentatonic and Major Scales are combined, you get a Chromatic Scale with a total of 12 notes.
Please note that the word Chromatic is derived from the Greek word for Color [Chroma].

Color:
• There are seven colors that make up the color spectrum [ ROYGBIV ]
• Three primary colors [Red, Yellow, Blue]
Please note that the primary intervals are identical...1,3,and 5.

The key here is not the information itself but how you apply it in theory. More importantly... how you can apply the disciplines you have learned to other fields of study...

The information you are describing is HERE for Color and HERE for sound/pitch

Also. Sound waves are measured in Hertz (Hz). MHz is Mega hertz...

You do know that no matter how fast a man plays a violin there's still sound coming from it not light.

What you probably meant was if the string could resonate not 440 times per second but 440*10^12 times per second it would emit light.

And no it would not emit light because sound waves are made by mechanical vibration but light is transmitted by electromagnetic waves.

well if you go deep enough into particles, even sound waves are made up of light photons...when God said let there be light...what He could have meant was, Let there be everything.

Good point of view. I have always liked the "Om / Big Bang" theory myself.

Plus if you can imagine the steps described in Genesis... God SAID!!! "Let there be light."

Which in my mind speaks volumes.

this would also support the parallel universe theory because there could be a universe in every particle.

It was on the Simpsons, so it must be true!!!!!

There are only 3 primary colours....

Huge ionized clouds exist in space, when a large number of ions get together, they begin to act as if they had a communal intelligence.
Time is not the same everywhere in the universe.....

im new to ats and this type of thinking but so what are u sayen? we as humans are going to transcend to another level of being? or what? im a visual person so all my ideas are in pictures. right now all i see is a picasso. paint me a picture. and when ur refering to notes are u talking musical cuz isnt there 8 notes?

i just looked up notes i guess i was wrong there are 7 basic notes and 12 to every octive. whats the doh rae me fa so la ti doh all about?

Well actually I took info from those two links earlier.

What I am referring to is that there are 6 notes which matches 6 colors directly.

A4_440 Hz - Red color 430-480 THz
B4_494 Hz - Orange color 480-510 THz
C5_523 Hz - Yellow color 510-540 Thz
D5_587 Hz - Green color 540-610 Thz
E5_659 Hz - Blue color 610-670 Thz
F5_698 Hz - Violet color 670-750 Thz

Indigo is in between Blue and Violet. So it doesn't match the G5 frequency.

G5_784 Hz - "Color X" 750- X Thz


Something does not add.

None of this is new, listen to some of Tom Campbell's stuff on Red Ice Creations and the whole concept of everything will just be like a lightning bolt in your mind.
