Hello and happy New Year folks I thought this an appropriate way to start the new year Pete Hendrickson has released "Cracking the Code" as a free E-book! Many people have used this book to get huge refunds and beat the IRS at thier own game. Some with a fight others with no problems. The more people that know the information in this book the better!

Download it here:

An announcement from Pete Hendrickson

The 2011 "Season of Lies" is about to begin, during which thousands of companies across America will crank out millions of "information returns" (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s and so forth). All of these will allege that the named party engaged in taxable activities. Most of these allegations will be false. These false allegations will oblige CtC-educated Americans to go through the annoyance of rebutting erroneous allegations in order to recover withheld property or keep themselves from being harassed for taxes not owed.

Worse, those false "information return" allegations will induce NON-CtC-educated Americans to improperly sign over as much as 45% of their earnings to a rapacious state who will use much of it to pay functionaries to "supervise", order about, and interfere with the very schmucks from whom it was mulcted-- and to do the same to the rest of us, too. Adding insult to injury, those functionaries will be paid enormously more for their counter-productive obnoxiousness than even the GROSS amount earned by the average schmuck from whom the huge chunks of wealth that finance all of this are extracted.

In keeping with one of the more unfortunate aspects of human nature, those who have been taken in (and thus "taken"), will afterward be enthusiastic sponges and echoes for the various sophistries used to justify it all (better that than face the fact that you're a schmuck). Further, they will be subconsciously hostile to facts that threaten to demonstrate that they have been victimized. Thus, a huge socially- and economically-destructive, and nanny- if not police-state constructive lie gets both exploited and nourished at the same time.

I think it is important that the liberating truth get equal time!

Therefore on this, the 7th day of Christmas and the last day before the new year, I am happy to announce:

It is time that the keys to lock the rapacious state back down to the limits designed by the Founders are put into every hand. It is time the truth about the tax goes viral.

PLEASE help make this happen.

Download the book at

Send it to everyone.

Ask everyone to send it to everyone else.

The regular printed CtC remains available, of course, as do 'Upholding the Law' and 'Was Grandpa Really a Moron?', the sequel to CtC. Visit for ordering information. But while we wait for the book that furnishes the tools for the restoration of the Founders' dream of a fully-empowered, fully-in-charge American citizenry to show up in every home library, let's get it on every virtual desktop, and in front of every pair of eyes in the country RIGHT NOW.

Whether the truth rules, or is pushed aside by lies, has just been a matter of how many people come to learn it, since that truth was first put to paper seven years ago. Seven years is long enough to wait. Let's spread the liberating truth about the limits on federal taxing power the way regard for all the peoples' liberties was once spread over this land.

It's up to us, as it always has been and always will be.

Massive information is what is waking people up. If we want to starve the beast so to speak then this and other information needs to go viral. Once it gets out there in the collective consciousness then we began to see a change.

Right now we are seeing the beginning of change from information that was put out over 20 years ago and took a long time to permeate enough of the collective consciousness. It took that long because the Internet wasn't around then and even when it did come around it still was not that prominent.

Today it is different information can permeate in a matter of days and weeks. So the effectiveness is accelerating exponentially. I expect the see the changes coming from this kind of information in the next year or tow rather then 20 years. like in the past. And perhaps even in months as information dissemination continues to improve.

So I hope this thread gets bumped and flagged to the max so it will stay visible on the board for a long time.

I read Petes book a cpl years was verrrrrrrrrrrry interesting.

Too bad Wesley Snipes didn't read it before doing what he did.

I'm not in that kind of bracket nor racket....but I feel for him going down like that...

In the movie FREEDOM to FASCISM, they do a good job trying to let folks know the Law...cuz what most of us know is assumed and believed, but how many of us actually did our homework?!

It is risky taking on the IRS, only a cpl guys that I read about have won their cases....and each one is different and presented differently.

And one can be right, but just say the wrong thing and it is not a cakewalk...and so, the book is food for those who have a thirst to know more than they currently do!

Some may have to read certain parts over about 5 times before it sinks in.......[ been there, done that ]

happy reading to those who take a look...

I visited the website and didn't notice any mention of the book being offered for free. I did download it and it does look like a complete copy. It's being hosted on the website so it looks legit.

I was curious, so I Googled part of the text from Pete's message about wanting to give his book away for free and found the following. The text afterwords looks like the earlier quoted text plus some extra towards the bottom.

Court Convicts and Sentences Pete;
Pete Releases His Book on the Web
Conviction and Sentencing A federal court convicted Peter Hendrickson of tax crimes in October 2009 and on 19 April 2010 sentenced him to 33 months in prison for filing false tax returns, probably like the method he recommends in CtC. Most likely fearing that the DOJ will find a way to stop him from publishing or distributing CtC, Pete has made it available FREE on the world wide web. Release of Cracking the Code Free Peter announced the gift with the following email message to his followers. "
From: Pete Hendrickson

Thetwo DOJ links were embedded within the text of the paragraph. I extracted them since they weren't working right as they were.

I'm not sure why he released his book to the masses for free but it looks like either revenge or an attempt to help out his legal issues by getting thousands more people to use his techniques. If enough people go to trial maybe someone will hire the right lawyer and win. That would give him grounds for an appeal.

I also found the following towards the bottom of the previously sourced webpage.

True, a court convicted Peter Hendrickson and sentenced him to prison. That does not make Peter Hendrickson either guilty or wrong. It simply means the political climate in today's federal courts presents a grave danger to people to refuse to pay income tax they don't believe they owe. Hundreds, if not thousands of people have used the technique he recommended (of rebutting third party reports of income) with impunity, and have received tax refunds as a result. That means, more than anything else that the government applies the law unevenly, it singled out Peter Hendrickson because of the high-profile nature of the case, and it made Peter Hendrickson into a POLITICAL PRISONER.

I figured I should include this for balance.

No doubt taking on the IRS is risky. Precisely because of the intimidation factor and you are on your own because we will not stand together. Hiring a lawyer is usually not the best idea. Joe Bannister a former IRS CID agent was recently acquitted on 5 counts after a long battle with his former employers the IRS. The problem is the IRS is politically connected and often gets a Judge who will play along with them and rail roads the victim by not allowing certain evidence in etc. as in the Case of Sherrie Jackson another former IRS agent.

I posted a thread on Joe's aquittal I had hoped would get a lot more attention maybe folks can go bump it also? We need to make it very shameful and even risky to become an IRS agent in America. If they can't get people to do their dirty work and steal from thier neighbors then the IRS will fade away. We do that by education and this book is another important tool in that process IMO.

I ran across the Ebook and the reading is enlightning to say the least! Cracking the Code is something everyone should send to every friend they have! It made me so mad to think that the IRS allows people to 'think' that they owe money! Nice thread! Thank you for posting!

Send all letters back to them asking for pen & ink signatures, followed by their first/last names and Federal Empolyee ID#. Always request immediate referral to TIGTA. I always tell them that I do not accept anything less.
