There will be no Disclosure

Why do I say that? Because even if it came we won't believe it, so we will be no further ahead than we are now. Short of someone dragging an Alien body out of a Top Secret facility or hi-jacking a reverse engineered saucer and taking the CNN crew out for a joyride... NOTHING any says will be believed. And even those to scenarios would be questioned.

ATS is the haven for way out there beliefs... so I am going to pose a few questions in a minute. But first a couple points.

Bob Lazar came out and told us about what he did at S4... some believe, some undecided, some say he is a fraud and others say if he did work there he was a janitor or some low level employee....

Now we all here at ATS know Area 51 exists and they do some really top secret stuff out there... and many believe there is something to do with Aliens or Flying Saucers... but when someone does come out and say something, well it's NEVER good enough.

The same thing really applies for every and all whistle blowers or insiders... so we are all here expecting disclosure, but when it comes we don't believe.

Also remember that while some claim to have held top positions and had military careers, the lowly janitor is an invisible person and sees everything, and the cook, as any NAVY person will tell you knows everything

So here are the questions...

1) Which insider, whistle blower or 'ufologist' do YOU believe is telling the truth.

2) is that person telling you all truth, or has a good story mixed with added 'stuff' to make them look good

3) WHY do you believe his story over someone else?

4) Short of an Alien spacecraft landing in Times Square or other such place, what would it take for you to be convinced that someone is telling the truth?

Maybe we could collect a list of names with a yay/nay option and tally those and see who has the most credibility

the thing that did it for me was the "buzz" man
and the military officers who looked after the nukes
if those guys say they saw something i beleive them
importantly it is only when you hear what you already beleive do you really
choose to beleive
you are right to say no matter how much you can supply info if people are not looking to hear you message
they will only hear what they want to hear

1) I have a admitted soft spot for Bob Dean. I just believe the guy...sure, my skeptic mind kicks my believer mind all the time over it, but hey...its good to have a belief in something, and his credibility is a-ok with me.

2) I hope he is telling the truth to the best of his knowledge. I also think he may be confused about some things, but I like to believe that he is being honest. What to take from it however is open to interpretation..

3) There is a sense of senserity in his mannerisms, and I find it highly unlikely that a person with his credentials decided to come out and support wacky stuff without truely cashing in with a line of books and whatnot. He seemed to give up far more than he gained from his decision..and beyond getting a few bucks here and there for speaking at conventions, what has he truely gained?
He actually lost jobs because of his coming out...he has lost much, gained little, and kept a cool head throughout the experience. That to me speaks about his motivations

4) A major world leader of a first world country coming out and saying flatly that extraterrestrials have visited the world, we have proof, here it is.
That would be enough for me to accept this fairly obvious truth as a solid truth...of course I would question why they are coming out and saying it suddenly, but for me, it would be like someone coming out and stating that the world is not flat but rather a sphere...a obvious system of beliefs simply offically confirmed.

Answer to question 1)

Disclosure Project "Witness Testimony" dics 1 & 2

If you haven't seen them, do so, the cover up revealed.

Like the above poster, Philip Corso and the events surrounding the Roswell incident are pretty convincing, though I'm not 100% on it.

I find widely publicized, but forgotten early events like the battle of Los Angelas and the '52 DC ufo sightings very interesting as well. The farther back in time you go it appears as if the government is less efficient at covering up ufo related incidents.

What would it take for me to believe? It doesn't matter if I believe or not really. I believe it is something, I'm just not sure if its extraterrestrials or not, though many times signs seem to point that way.

William hill sports has the odds of alien disclosure happenning in 2011 at 100 to 1.That number is relatively small compared with their odds of 1000 to 1 that they posted in 1960,that man would not land on the moon by 1970.Sportsbooks continue to lower the odds based on new findings. If they were offerring odds about disclosure happenning in the next 10 years,im sure they would put the odds around 5 to 1.It says that there is a very signifigant chance of foreclosure in the very near future. Also, almost all of the reported number of crashes happening in the 1900s happened in extremely remote locations. If the same number of crashes were to keep happening, one would take place on a busy downtown street ,where it would be filmed by multiple witnesses.

Dr. J Allen Hynek. A serious scientist that has straddled the enigma from both the Government standpoint & ufology at large. And, after all was said and done, knowing how much flak he would take; he, along with another superb scientist Dr, Jaques Vallee, pointed the way towards the only thing they found that made sense to them: The Interdimensional Hypothesis.

Astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek, who died in 1986, was considered one
of the top experts in the world on the subject of UFOs. Hynek was a
former skeptic who dismissed UFO sightings as something made up by
“kooks and crackpots. As he continued to study the issue, his view
 changed.

Hynek also headed the U.S. satellite
optical tracking program for many years. He was the author of many technical textbooks on astrophysics and several books on UFOs.

He studied thousands of reports, and interrogated hundreds of witnesses to
UFO experiences. Hynek’s conclusions on UFOs were accurately
summed up this way: “Hynek submitted that perhaps UFOs were part of
a parallel reality, slipping in and out of sequence with our own. This was
a hypothesis that obviously pained him as an empirical scientist. Yet
after 30 years of interviewing witnesses and investigating sighting
reports… no other hypothesis seemed to make sense to him.

Dr. Hynek: “Another peculiarity is the alleged ability of certain UFOs to dematerialize... There are quite a few reported instances where two distinctly different UFOs hovering in a clear sky will converge and eventually merge into one object…"

Dr. Hynek and Dr. Vallee describe this strange behavior of UFOs in their
book, The Edge of Reality: “If UFOs are, indeed, somebody else’s ‘nuts
and bolts hardware,’ then we must still explain how such tangible
hardware can change shape before our eyes, vanish … seemingly melt
away in front of us, or apparently ‘materialize’ mysteriously before us
without apparent detection by persons nearby or in neighboring towns.

We must wonder, too, where UFOs are ‘hiding’ when not manifesting
themselves to human eyes.

There will be a disclosure. Period. Maybe not today, but before 2012. They will make us think that these "aliens" are evil so therefore they are preparing us for fake alien invasion. Hence, the movies, skyline, Transformers 3, Cowboys vs Aliens, Battle of LA and many more that are coming out this year alone.

It's being 'disclosed' on a (sub?) conscious level.

They will not show up (after all, we'd shoot 'em down) nor will we be told.

They are integrating (infiltrating) more on a molecular level. Look how many now believe in intelligent life in the Universe from just a decade ago!

Truth is discovered not disclosed.

Short of someone dragging an Alien body out of a Top Secret facility or hi-jacking a reverse engineered saucer and taking the CNN crew out for a joyride... NOTHING any says will be believed. And even those to scenarios would be questioned.

The Shrike: "Disclosure came and went in 1984 with the book "CLEAR INTENT" by Barry J. Greenwood & Lawrence Fawcett. The book raised a few eyebrows, the lectures that followed were excellent. But someone(s) thought that since the popular theory is that the U.S. government (and other governments) is hiding secret information about UFOs, captured and otherwise, and aliens, and Area 51, and is reverse engineering captured UFOs, ad nauseum, it be a good idea to instigate the public and make yourself famous and earn a few bucks. So "Disclosure" became a household word, but only in the households of believers."

ATS is the haven for way out there beliefs... so I am going to pose a few questions in a minute. But first a couple points.

The Shrike: "Amen about ATS!"

Bob Lazar came out and told us about what he did at S4... some believe, some undecided, some say he is a fraud and others say if he did work there he was a janitor or some low level employee....

The Shrike: "Bob Lazar = enigma"

Now we all here at ATS know Area 51 exists and they do some really top secret stuff out there... and many believe there is something to do with Aliens or Flying Saucers... but when someone does come out and say something, well it's NEVER good enough.

The Shrike: "Because in the end, where it counts, it always ends up being speculation, assumptions, all devoid of irrefutable evidence. And night videos of the space above Area 51 showing lights behaving like kites, if it's really Area 51, are not the best evidence."

The same thing really applies for every and all whistle blowers or insiders... so we are all here expecting disclosure, but when it comes we don't believe.

The Shrike: "Do not include me in your "all" 'cause I know that there will never be the kind of disclosure that believers expect. Instead of disclosure, I'd say disappointment."

Also remember that while some claim to have held top positions and had military careers, the lowly janitor is an invisible person and sees everything, and the cook, as any NAVY person will tell you knows everything

The Shrike: "It is claimed that astronauts that went to the moon were hypnotized to forget some of what they saw while on the moon, such as glass structures, etc. So it's not a big leap to accept that even the lowly janitors at Area 51 and other secret areas are also hypnotized. And personnel applying for that position are accepted only if they are good hypnosis subjects.
"

So here are the questions...

1) Which insider, whistle blower or 'ufologist' do YOU believe is telling the truth.

The Shrike: "What is the truth? About what? How would the person telling the "truth" verify that they are telling the "truth" and not some concoction? What kind of evidence suffices as the "truth"?

2) is that person telling you all truth, or has a good story mixed with added 'stuff' to make them look good

The Shrike: "See my comments to question 1)"

3) WHY do you believe his story over someone else?

The Shrike: "See my comments to question 1)"

4) Short of an Alien spacecraft landing in Times Square or other such place, what would it take for you to be convinced that someone is telling the truth?

The Shrike: "America is not the only place where an "alien" craft should land to prove their reality. But let's say America is selected, Times Square but on New Year's eve, tonight!. Doors open and something(s) emerges and it's a recognizable figure instead of a lizard 'cause man if that were to happen T.S. would be empty in minutes! BUT, and now the mysteries really begin! Times Square at this moment is full of TV cameras so worldwide coverage is guaranteed. Who would be selected to approach the figure(s) or who would the figure(s) approach? Once the selection was made, what would the being have to show that would either confirm that they're from some far out place in the universe, or that they were time travellers (from the future)?"

Maybe we could collect a list of names with a yay/nay option and tally those and see who has the most credibility

The Shrike: "My first and possibly only choice would be Jacques Vallee and whoever he selects. Then, when the being(s) say they're really interdimensional, Vallee would turn to the cameras and say "'I told you so!'"

I would classify the vatican as an insider, and say that the statements that they have been making about aliens being our brothers... is disclosure. The vatican is a very connected and powerful organization. If the vatican did not feel disclosure was in the near future, those statements would have never been made. The vatican made those statements so that it would prepare people of their religion for upcoming events, and that this should not affect their religious beliefs.

The best place for proof is outside not on the web where you can not be convinced. Once you see it for yourself the web is a nice place to look for similar sighting or stories of sightings. Dragging videos off the Youtube and asking what people think here is pretty useless. Youtube has the same comments for the video that you get here.

It`s actually a shame on how there are very few posters posting their own stuff here on ATS in my opinion. And to many posters ready to jump on the hoax wagon.

As far as taking what anyone says be it a janitor, Official type person, or a ATS member they all have the same creditability to me. Without proof it is all just stories of possible stuff.

I am a believer from seeing them first hand just stories with no proof though.

You do make a great point. Monsignor Corrado Balducci's interpretation of what these extraterrestrials are seems odd for a churchman, but this is a very revealing video if the translation is accurate:

The Vatican exists by and for catholics. No one else in their right mind would pay attention to anything their representative has to say, except for nation leaders! The Vatican has no more knowledge about UFOs and "aliens" than what is available in the media. They're not preparing the public at large. Religious beliefs support the Vatican. Without such beliefs the Vatican would cease to exist. As well as withdrawal of American taxpayers' money.

I believed after witnessing a craft first hand.

Not the dot in the sky type, the 25ft above your head type.

Messed my world up pretty bad that day.

I can understand that people won't bother to believe unless it smacks them in the face, that is one of the reasons why I never told that many people. Even if they want to believe you, they can't.

Part of me wishes I never witnessed what I did.

Part of me wishes it never led me down my path.

And part of me wishes I was as ignorant as the day I was born.

I really hope that one day something will convince the minds of nations otherwise.

Because maybe, just maybe, I can then stop with the pretending and cast aside the feelings of isolation.

importantly it is only when you hear what you already believe do you really choose to believe

PRECISELY my point
Everyone believes what the CHOOSE to believe. Put 10 people in a room and you will have 10 versions of what is true. So if a Pleiadian that looks like this...

lands on the White House lawn and gets interviewed by CNN there will still be thousands that will say "Hoax". And even if she shook your hand, their will be those that say "Your not an Alien... you don't look anything like a Grey or a Reptilian...Your just making it all up!"

Of course when she gets annoyed with you and zaps you with the ray gun... well THEN you will believe... but won't be telling anyone

in short roswell

Roswell, July 1947 --- 53 years ago
Kennedy assassination, November 22, 1963 --- 47 years ago
9/11, 2001 --- 9 years ago

The three biggest conspiracies around, and still no closer to any truth

As I said... there will be no disclosure
