What a dumb ass.
Unless he had a Frog Suit on, I would say this doesn't count and he should do it again with full Frog Suit. As a cruel joke they should arrange and decorate his hospital room as the lair from Super Mario Bros. with King Koopa blocking the door out. Waking up to that would be awesome.

It's unbelievable what people are willing to do these days. Was this guy drunk? Was he mentally ill and a little voice was telling him to jump into traffic? Was this part of some bizarre fraternity hazing ritual?
