Need help find a John voight film!

This movie I saw years ago and have been looking to see again, it had john voight in it off memory and a giant squid/octopuss attacking? Ring any bells?

First thing I thought of was Anaconda. He goes to south America to find the giant anaconda. Is that it?

Anaconda? Jennifer Lopez and Ice Cube also.

Sounds like warlords of Atlantis from the seventies , can't remember voight though .

no no it wasnt anaconda ive seen that movie many times. This movie had a kilelr squid/octopuss in it

Can't think of any with Jon Voight, but yeah, likely Deep Rising or Peter Benchley's The Beast. (or, more unlikely, Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus), hehe...

Actually you are correct Deep Rising , the original .Saw it in a catalouge 2 days ago .Voight on the cover .
