Just dreadful. What a shame for these poor humans to have to experience.

Its stuff like this that causes me to ask why, if there exists a "God", does he/she/it allow this to crap occur? And religious folks, how many "souls" are in a 2 headed body? Does the soul split in half and one goes to the heaven in the sky and one in the fire pit, or is this a technicality for "God" where "god" loses his ego and power to judge on this one? The religious seem to know all the answers, please answer these!!

2 different souls ... and its logic .. because there is 2 head( 2 brains)
i saw many difformities .. a brother leg coming out of a person stomack but nothing else
there is no soul in a leg unless there is a brain somewhere

all DNA strain somewhere were genetically modified
by nature with millions of yrs or by aliens and humans
who likes to clone are make modification in someone genetics for research purpose

I believe one of my sons has two souls.
He has two livers. He has two chromosome types, 48XXXY and 49XXXXY.
He talks to himself constantly in two different voices and has two distinct personalities.

In reply to Cosmic Artifact, the only people I've met who have treated my son badly, (he is obviously handicapped,) some even saying he should be locked away or "put down", have been practising Christians.

for both personalities (brother and or sister)

Mostly, but they do argue a lot.
Often one gives the other advice, telling him what to do, and can get to outright nagging.
But if he's relaxing after a good day they both just chatter happily about the day's events.

I guess it wouldn't feel strange, sharing a body, because you wouldn't know what it was like to have one all to yourself. That could seem strange and lonely to two souls who have always shared a body.
