Wing Waves tap motion of the ocean

I did a little research into fishing, and most fisherman are being pushed farther and farther out so this might not be a huge problem. I had almost forgotten about this thread on ATS. The last news I heard is that talks were being pursued with government agencies in multiple states. I also know that foreign countries are preparing to place bids.
