The thing that gives me the creeps is the micro RFID chips...you can bet they are now *nano RFID* chips by now.

If they were 1/32 of an inch way back then...how tiny must they be now?

Ordering *billions* of them*?!

Being nano sized, they can be simply breathed in by people and animals, and you'd never even know you were tagged...!

Absolutely. As you say, it most definitely bears further investigation. It's just that my attempts to investigate it further have not been fruitful. That's why I'm asking if anyone else has had better luck. My resources are limited.

Good idea! If no one else has done this before I have money to spend on doing so in February, I think I'll take it upon myself to do just that and report my findings here. At the moment though, as I said, my resources are limited.

Has anyone else happened upon anything else online that could confirm or deny his background or other claims? I keep looking, but there doesn't seem to be much (so far.)

Very informative interview. I would, of course, liked to have see some docs, but he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. More like this one please.

It appears as though William Pawelec was a regular guest on Alex Merklinger's Mysteries of the Mind. Not only that, but William and Alex were very close friends. When you visit the defunct MysteriesoftheMind.com website, the first link you see is an eulogy to Bill Pawelec. It is only slightly possible that this was a different Pawelec. The date of the posted eulogy was May 25th 2007.

It seems that the main topics discussed on this show were of economic issues. I have just downloaded a 2004 program with Pawelec about the economy and will post it here later.

He brings up a lot of good points, and he certainly makes one think. Ron Paul has suggested that the Fed be audited as well. I fully believe that there are these so called "black ops" going on around us all the time. The thing is about this guy is he doesn't make overwhelmingly questionably claims aka Hoagland / Greer. I don't remember the exact instant, but recently I read about these so called "chip implants" that some were worried about. Interesting that he says some Navy SEALS have had this done to them. Definitely makes you wonder.

Lots, LOTS of people have had the implant in the past few years. Even local law enforcement has been getting it.

Next time you have a chance to peek at the back of the head of a law enforcement officer, look for the telltale scar. I would say more than half the ones with short hair, have an observable scar just above the hairline on the back of the neck.

UFO's are definitely real and need to be exposed! Just last monday night during the eclipse I was taking pictures and sure enough I got a picture with a UFO in it. I took it to my astronomy professor from college and he agreed with me that this is an unidentified flying obejct. I made into a short video if you guys need more proof that this is real!!!

I don't believe we will ever truly have the real information on UFOs leaked. Most of that stuff is so compartmentalized and at such a high clearance level that it would be nearly impossible to leak such information without them know directly who did so. So this would be an incredibly high risk for the whistle-blower, and most likely would result in their imprisonment or assassination.

The Government also psychologically vets all individuals with such clearances/access to such information. They monitor every phone call, their every purchase, and every single thing they do on a computer. They are tracked constantly and they're essentially an open book to the Government. If they were planning to leak such information they would have to be masters at keeping it silent until they did so, and even then their actions or deviation from the norm would set off alarms. Most likely their handlers would know they were going to try to leak information before even they would know.

The biggest reason this will never happen is because they DO NOT store such documents in a digital format anywhere on a server, even on their Top Secret network. It has been a while, but at the time, they were actually physical documents stored in a vault, where every page is accounted for and they have embedded ultra-small, essentially invisible chips on every sheet so that unless you know exactly where on the page it was you would not be able to remove it. This would set off alarms and the system would detect the absence of the document through periodic document audits (essentially doing a scan of the room to ask the pages "are you there?" and the pages answering back that hey are.) If one is missing it sends an alert. The scans happen at random, very small time intervals. The chips also have a digital signature algorithm that makes it impossible to impersonate or replicate.

The rooms are designed as vaults, with thick metal walls with copper sheeting on them. Equipped with HALON fire suppression systems in addition to a type of expanding foam that could be activated that would fill the room up making all the file cabinets inside inaccessible as no one could get in (or out), in the remote chance there was a breach. They have cipher locks as well as key locks on the doors and every cabinet inside is also locked with cipher and key locks. To even enter one of these rooms you need to identify yourself with one's CAC/PIV Card and an associated pin plus a biometric scan. An individual guards these vaults and also provides verification and requires a physical signature to sign-in and sign-out of the vault, on a special type of paper that is extremely tough to destroy or erase anything from utilizing a pen with uniquely formulated ink. Then and only then can you enter the vault. No electronic/digital or storage devices are allowed. Coats are also not allowed and typically pockets are asked to be emptied, although in most secure facilities, once you get deep enough into a building to be at the vault, you are already pretty sanitized.

The only way they truly communicate this top secret information quickly is over NSA encrypted telephone systems. You have to actually contact an NSA coordination liaison to setup the usage of the phone. They do something on their end and will then call the encrypted phone on your end and the individual on the other end. The session is monitored in real time and encrypted at an incredibly high rate. This tends to be the most convenient way to get "eyes" on the documents, by having someone at the remote facility/site actually convey what is in it over the phone. More often though they are used to have meetings. These phones on both ends are located in "vault rooms" as well that are shielded and sound proof.

If a document is indeed needed to transfer it is carried in a special "vault" suitcase and the individual escorting it also has 1 or 2 other escorts on them at all times. These specialized vault suitcases are specially locked with a key and digital cipher token, and have a device built into them that will effectively incinerate/destroy any documents if need be, in case there is indeed a compromise. Originals are rarely transferred, and copies are destroyed after they are viewed at the other end through a shredding devices that reduces the pages to dust. The dust-waste is then incinerated. But most of the time people physically travel to see such documents. To prove the authenticity of the "copy" there is indeed a "chip" on them with an encrypted digital signature, as well as the signatures of those who processed the copy which notarizes it. They utilize specially designed devices to validate the document.

it has been many years, but I recall that they were working on an ink that would only be readable under an extremely fine tuned laser/light device. It would also make it nearly impossible to photograph due to limitations on the film and digital sensors in cameras, a photo of a paper utilizing this system would produce a blank page. So it is possible that if they did transition to such a system that all documents may have been updated so they could only be read by these specialized devices on this special paper printed with this special ink all chipped, cataloged and tracked.

Of course, it has been many years, and it is possible that they may now have the documents all digitized in a "vault" computer, most likely secured in one of these rooms and off any sort of network. Back then it was always stated that "a networked computer was an insecure computer," regardless of the precautions. They may even have documents physically transferred on a vault/encrypted memory stick only to be read on another secure off-network system in another vault somewhere instead of a briefcase with a physical copy. I can't verify any of that though, but the times do change. Although I would think physical documents would have better long-term storage, and be accessible easier in all situations, not to mention not needing backups like a computer would, which could compromise security.

That is, in a nutshell, how some of the most secret documents are kept. There are most likely still no virtual storage mechanisms for the ultra top secret of documents and those who can view/access them are so limited due to compartmentalization that it would be impossible to leak without being caught. The only weakness in this entire process is the memory of a human, who may willingly tell what they have read or experienced. But that is where the monitoring aspect comes in that ensures these individuals never divulge that information. People in these positions give up their rights for such access and are told that they can be held for a minimum of 18months without anyone being notified, even longer nowadays due to the patriot act/homeland security policies. All without any trial or representation. This doesn't even count the hardship that they can put their loved ones through. It is essentially a "thug" enforcement system to ensure cleared individuals keep straight.

So the most we will most likely EVER get is a sworn testimony, and even then it will most likely contain information that the government may not think anyone will believe or if it is good enough it will be sanitized quickly and that individual dealt with. Assange also would not post anything given to him via hearsay/testimony due to their policy of wanting a real document/material that isn't self manufactured. Assange wants the "real proof/goods" as much as we all do. There would have to be a VAST conspiracy within the system at ALL levels in order to leak even 1 page. It just won't happen..

When William Pawelic started talking about the Fayetteville NC UFO incident it made me think of a MUFON video where several people had an experience in Fayetteville a few years back. One of them supposedly had up close contact with an EBE. The similarities I found was the location both being in the same part of NC and both happened by bodies of water (perhaps the same body of a water?). One of the witnesses (part 2 of the video) also says there where no noises from any animals as this happened.

However, there is one huge caveat in response to all of that which has been pointed out by the Legal Counsel for The Disclosure Project - Daniel Sheehan. In a recent internet-radio discussion from December 24th 2010, Steven Greer states the following:

"I want to distinguish [The Disclosure Project witness testimonies and documentation] from the WikiLeaks stuff for just a moment. Which is why anyone listening [reading] who knows a top secret witness to this stuff, or a document or even a device - get it to us. Because they have just been fooled thinking that it's under some kind of legitimate security. It is not. You can't break the law and break the Constitution and claim the law as your shield. You can't have it both ways. And that's the point we made. And you know what? That's just the facts - these are the legal facts. So, the law is on our side, the Constitution is on our side, the truth is on our side - and I'll tell you something else my friends - the future is on our side. Because this stuff may play out in a lot of different ways, but ultimately we're going to make it through this and people are going to know the truth about this and we're going to go forward as a civilization, in space, peacefully with these amazing sciences and technologies. And a lot has to happen before that occurs, and it may not all be pretty and easy, but it will happen. And so we have to pray for that and work for that together and that's why [CSETI, The Disclosure Project and The Orion Project] exist."

I would like to state the fact that since the beginning of recorded time ,one could find so much credible evidence as to the existence of extraterrestrial life(as I am sure most here know) not too mention present time. All the paintings, drawings in caves, Egyptian,Sumerians and many other cultures have mentioned and wrote about them and even carved them into stone, The Bible is actually starting to make a lot of sense to me as I could not understand it until now and believe that the true interpretation of it for myself could not have been until now. How many people all over the world have seen these ufo's it is unbelievable ! could everyone of them be lying? of course not. I have seen one myself when I was 14 and think about it quite often. It seems that when there is some type of testimony as in the discloser project, people tend to criticize and look for a twitch or something of that nature to discredit the testimony. I think we who are interested in this phenomena know the facts are out there and also know that discloser is coming without a shadow of a doubt, so lets just watch and be patient. There is nothing else to prove or to try to convince or convert anyone, it is coming. Good video.

Precisely. Many people clung to the idea that only crazies took the possibility of E.T. contact seriously. Some of them have never been able to come to terms with the idea that if these whistle blowers are telling the truth (even just a few of them) then they might have been plain wrong. It's to do with something called cognitive dissonance. Any psychologists on here will know about this I'll bet.

The Belief Disconfirmation Paradigm
Dissonance is aroused when people are confronted with information that is inconsistent with their beliefs. If the dissonance is not reduced by changing one's belief, the dissonance can result in misperception or rejection or refutation of the information, seeking support from others who share the beliefs, and attempting to persuade others to restore consonance.

In other words, people who can't incorporate new information/discoveries into their world view will go to extremes to deny its truth or react to it in inappropriate ways. Some people still believe the Earth is only 6000 years old because of the Bible. The fact is though, that they are wrong.

When Mr Pawelec talks about the figurative four horsmen being at war of a low order, that's precisely what I thought in the aftermath of 9/11 a private war, when so much was coming to the surface concerning the veracity of the OS. At that time I considered it was a US private war between government, military, and intelligence agencies, or even a private war/ bloody competition, between huge corporations or a mix of all these. The 2008....to present "monetary" crisis has amplified this war to a global scale, as I see the still current crisis as one facet of this war. What we call the third world countries, are in a shambles, what we call freedom is becoming shambolic. We are besieged with controlled media scaremongering about global warming aka climate change aka climate disruption, swine 'flu, bird 'flu, terrorist threats ad nauseum. At the end of the day, it's all about money and power and even more control. Mr Pawelec is lucid in his story and in the light of other events, makes sense, at least to me. I also think that when the video was made, he may have underestimated how bad things would become as is now, as bad as his story is.

Very insightful post. It's funny you should bring all of that up, as I have been listening to an interview with Mr. Pawelec from 2004 and he does bring up a lot of the points you just mentioned. I have just taken an excerpt of the interview and put it on YouTube to share one of the main highlights of his take on the global situation. He specifically uses the term New World Order in this clip.

If you weaken America enough - both psychologically, sociologically, economically - you wind up not having any competition when you're ready to turn on your New World Order; world government.

WOW~!! that certanly clears up their mission statement ;D That definately resonates with me as truth and I'm not totally onboard with the whole diclosure 'thing'.. but, down with being told the truth because it DOES set us free.. and will set us free. DCP, imo, is attempting to do what is right in the face of phenomona what is very grey.. and I would concure and challenage anyone that looks at the 'evidence'.. (which is NOT proof), Credible eyewitness testimony and put all that together and then say .. "is just all bs"..

If you were a juor, where would you your vote be.. 'guilty' ? being found fauleant in hiding truth and possiblbly murder or .. not guilty due to the lack of 'evidence'..

I for one, have casted my vote, you may say what you want about the Discloure Project.. but, I don't see a million other humans doing the same thing.. that have this kind of evidence.. and sticking there characters on the line and being rediclued.. that takes guts.. THAT takes character..

I fully support The Disclosure Project. Most of the skeptics and scoffers are not familiar enough with their released documentation and witness testimony to understand the larger picture. They hear rumors about Greer and rip apart little details attained from their gossip mills while all of the information is out there for the taking and researching.

Perhaps releasing this video testimony, unedited and complete, was a step in the right direction for The Disclosure Project.

There is one other unreleased testimony I am aware of that was going to be released - by Stan Deyo. It is listed on his website of "Soon to Come" DVDs. It states that it was filmed at an undisclosed location near NORAD and explains the reason for the UFO conspiracy...

He talks quite a bit about what we know as the rand corps RFID chips, little of the UFO. But his UFO story sounded really genuine and im thinking the field this UFO gave off was something of an electro magnetic nature with the frogs and crickets and such. He gives a very down to earth insight in to how things work, puts things in to perspective and really level headed i have to say. I like that, im the same way. He really hit the nail on the head on many topics too from media to black projects. It is a shame Greer has gone so far out on a limb since that interview and gone way of the lunatic fringe. Maybe if Greer let other people lead the disclosure Project instead of him being the face so to speak perhaps it would not have been so tarnished today. This is one of those pieces of the disclosure project that were or are of some substance. Why so long since the mans death to release this though? Legalities im guessing? I would not be all that surprised if this had to do with lining Greers pockets.

Well now that he is using this to sell DVD's that is not a surprise, there is no end to Greers enterprise and greed. Im thinking this will be one of those outrageously priced DVD's once again, with commercial advertisements to shell out large sums of cash to attend his laser light shows/alien ambassador field trips.

I don't buy it. Who is this guy really? What are his credentials? Anyone can claim to be a "computer specialist" for this or that organization. I want to know his rank, education background, etc. People are too gullible. Just because a man seems honest and straightforward enough on the surface doesn't mean he's telling the gospel truth. Methinks Greer "persuaded" him with bags full of money or something. Sorry, just not as explosive as everyone here is claiming.

Trust Greer to keep steering the conversation away from the meat and toward the fluff. What I wanted to hear more about was the four factions and there long term agendas. I have my own views/info regarding them and was hoping for some corroboration. It looked for a minute that we might have got some too if Greer hadn't steered the convo away from the four horsemen.

Still a good interview nevertheless and I concur with others that there appeared to be no deception in the testimony.
