The Disclosure Project Releases New Video Testimony - December 21st 2010

The Disclosure Project has just obtained permission to release the testimony of one of their secret witnesses - William Pawelec - who had asked that it remained private until after his death. Dr. Steven Greer and Ted Loder will be talking about this interview/testimony on their December 24th 2010 WorldPuja.org internet radio show. The video was posted on The Disclosure Project's YouTube channel

Mr. William Pawelec was a U.S. Air Force computer operations and programming specialist with numerous credentials in security technologies and access control systems. He gave this interview with Dr. Greer prior to the 2001 National Press Club Disclosure event and asked that it not be released until after his death. Mr. William Pawelec passed away on May 22, 2007 and we received permission to release it in December 2010.

What is with the emotive faces and no response? I might be missing something, but what is funny about getting permission to release footage of an interview? Why is it 'mouth opening face' that it was recorded before his death and not released until now. Sorry I am confused, but would like to know what you know that makes you feel it is possible to sum up your response with emotive faces that, apparently, should give the reader the proper understanding of the point you are making?

LOL. I agree. I don't get what the smilie faces are for either. They seem to be making fun of the statement that he's some super secret witness. I'm going to begin watching the video right now.

Excellant interview...tons of tid bits for the Good side...hence the Bad side is smiling?

I actually liked the video. Some of the things he was saying were very interesting and go nicely with what I may think is being done on a super high tec level. He seems to be very smart, in that the ideas he comes up with seem to be original and very ingenious/inventive.

He speaks well and doesn't show many/any obvious signs of delusion or expressions of making false statements. Still, hard to tell if he is being honest, if he has been coached, or even if he has gone over the stories in his head for many years.

I think he may be telling the total truth about his experiences overall and that he is not over-embelleshing (?sp) them or trying to convince the viewer of anything. If it is true that he did indeed want to wait until he died for the interview to be released, it could be a sign that he is telling the truth. It could also be a mechanism to sell the story, but what for? He wouldn't be alive to reap any celebrity or profits from his allegations.

Maybe there will be more to follow the release of the interview from everyone's favorite UFO/Alien advocate - Steven Greer. Hopefully it will be something we can take seriously, something that doesn't try to get at the general audience's wallet.

quite a few times in my life. However,
I have never had the experience
he dictated. This is in my neck
of the woods.

A great video that was an eye opener.
Too bad he is no longer with us as he
appeared to be a nice fellow with deep
concerns about the agenda of these
beyond black projects.

One thing I did notice was he never
made an inference that the UFO he saw
was anything like the projects the gov
was working on. He did claim they were
reverse engineering from crashed AVC's.
That would corroborate the story of
Bob Lazar to a tee.

A great interview with what appears to be a very credible and intelligent man. I like that it isn't over the top. I can't help feeling like the US has allowed it's government so much control and secrecy that we will never truly be free. I don't think a strong President could even stop these people.

So in your opinion, other credible witnesses who have spoken at Disclosure Conferences are deluded/lying/coached/etc etc et al et al??
These people subject themselves and their families to ridicule just for the fun of it? They go over the stories in their head for many years to make sure they get it right? Like...they have nothing better to do?
I am pleased you think he ' speaks well'...God forbid some redneck showing up telling his/her story and not being believed because they dont ' speak well'.

I understand there are some crazies about, and some like Greer dont do the cause any favours but anyone with 1/2 a brain can surely tell that this man is being upfront and honest!

He brings up a lot of good points, and he certainly makes one think. Ron Paul has suggested that the Fed be audited as well. I fully believe that there are these so called "black ops" going on around us all the time. The thing is about this guy is he doesn't make overwhelmingly questionably claims aka Hoagland / Greer. I don't remember the exact instant, but recently I read about these so called "chip implants" that some were worried about. Interesting that he says some Navy SEALS have had this done to them. Definitely makes you wonder.

....and so the battle to unmask the US shadow govt begins with the interview.

A govt employee and contractor dealing with secret black projects had made his peace to mankind with his deathbed confession.

Most critically in the interview, is not about UFOs, but the people ( or beings ) that had inflitrated and seized control of govt functions. They could simply walk into Langely, one of the most secured places on Earth, steal information undetected and unpunished. They seemed to have unlimited power and wealth to pursue their agenda, and it has nothing related to the aims of american founding fathers and the free world.

Billions of microchip transponders created simply disappeared. Agricultural and food control measures were of more interest to them.

William Pawelec was just like another American Patriot, whom believed in what he had spent his youth and life for - the American People and Freedom for the world. But with the opportunities to get close to such beings, it finally dawned upon him that mankind may had been misled about Freedom. He believes it will be domination of our human race by others instead.

May our courgeous youths and police forces wake up and realized what they had been, and are still fighting for. It is certainly not for their loved ones, or country. They are but pawns to die in foreign soil or mentally tortured locally for a bigger game called domination of our species.....

This man is not lying.

This is some thing I can believe it.
I have posted it on youtube as well.

No Anella, I do not know where in my response to the OP I inferred that I was relating my opinion about this gentleman to any other person who has given their sworn testimony. Can you please show me where I was relating my opinion to this interview with any other individual???

In simply stating my opinion about the reactions and gestures he makes during the telling of his experiences I only meant to give my opinion that, generally, he does not appear to be lying or attempting to be deceitful...

I suppose we should listen to every single person about every single thing they have to say without ever studying them. This way we would never be able to know when someone is trying to lie to us. That would be the way to go I also will assume you believe that telling stories, like some that are told, have no advantages for the participants if they are successful at perpetuating their lie, if they are telling lies. I guess you would never know, since everyone who speaks about alternative topics are telling the truth, because - lord forbid - they would ever subject anyone they know to the pain a lie could bring.

I just watched this yesterday. Very very good interview although there weren't too many questions being asked. William was probably just grateful to be able to unload!

I found this interview not only informative but credible as well. So called "death bed confessions" are the only safe ones. THOSE WHO KNOW DONT TELL and THOSE WHO TELL DONT KNOW. When faced with "you talk,you die" of course there will be secrecy in all things. I see his facial expressions as....."if you only knew" .
Personally having a close relative who worked their entire career in security at Wright Patterson AFB , I also know that when a person knows they are dying, the also have the opinion that "somebody should know the truth before I go".
