Actually, I was working under Rumsfeld. He was the Secretary of Defense and I was in the Reserve.

Here is one article about Marvin Bush, explains quite a bit of Securacom. The glaring flaw is that the reporter added a false statement about Wirt Walker being a distant relation to Marvin.
