The West Chile Rise quakes are about where there have been foreshocks prior to a big Chile quake on the Peru-Chile Trench in the past, but its usually within hours, so nothing yet.
Combine that with the Carib quakes and there the might just be something coming for Central America or the North of South America ie Equador or Peru maybe.
Or perhaps it already happened

Has anyone noticed that the earthquakes in California have suddenly become much more frequent as of yesterday morning, and continuing into today?
I heard rumor of many pets in Calif. running away and disappearing this last week..... I hope that doesn't indicate any really destructive earthquakes there soon!

if you are going to copy and paste information then you need to enclose your paragraphs in ex-text tags, use the buttons above the reply/comments box. And put a link below that to where you got your information (edit: I see you did that
)
Keeps things tidy and legal.

RSOE is not very well respected here, they just rehash the USGS/ EMSC/ GEOFON/ GEONET Networks data, and often are selective as to what earthquakes they list/ show on their maps.

Example

16.07.2011 14:35:13 3.0 Caribean Puerto Rico Islote VulkĂĄn 0 VulkĂĄn 0 VulkĂĄn 0 USGS-RSOE
16.07.2011 15:10:12 2.3 Europe Greece Kerion VulkĂĄn 0 There are airport(s) nearby the epicenter. VulkĂĄn 0 EMSC Details
16.07.2011 15:40:14 2.5 Middle America Mexico Estado de Baja California Heriberto Jafa There are volcano(s) nearby the epicenter. There are airport(s) nearby the epicenter. VulkĂĄn 0 USGS-RSOE Details
16.07.2011 16:10:12 4.2 Asia Kazakhstan Kirovka VulkĂĄn 0 VulkĂĄn 0 VulkĂĄn 0 EMSC Details
16.07.2011 15:40:37 3.4 Pacific Ocean New Zealand Woodville County Lincoln VulkĂĄn 0 There are airport(s) nearby the epicenter. VulkĂĄn 0 GEONET Details

And as I have said before here
"Pacific Ocean New Zealand Woodville County Lincoln"

there are nocounties in New Zealand and certainly no Woodville County!

SO where was this quake then? Lincoln?, Woodville ( a town)?, Pacific Ocean?

See RSOE are pretty useless

You are better to go to
USGS
GEOFON
EMSC
GEONET

for the real deal

heres some more if you are serious about following what is going on earthquake wise globally

I don't see that 16.07.2011 15:40:37 New Zealand quake on GEONET Recent quakes, so that means it was not reported as Felt by the public.

Yeah the time-out is wrong, you usually have 3 hours in reality.
re the link;
Yeah i seen that after I posted and edited in that you had put it on.

FWIW some of the regulars here on Quake Watch have tried to get an accepted standard set for posting earthquake data on the page;
MAG, UTC DATE-TIME (y/m/d h:m:s), LAT, LON., DEPTH, LOCATION, (link)

easier to read

To: U.S. West Coast, Alaska, and British Columbia coastal regions
From: NOAA/NWS/West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center
Subject: Tsunami Information Statement issued 07/16/2011 at 12:02PM AKDT

At 11:59 AM Alaskan Daylight Time on July 16, an earthquake with preliminary magnitude 6.1 occurred 50 miles/80 Km southwest of Sand Point, Alaska .

The magnitude is such that a tsunami IS NOT EXPECTED. However, in coastal areas of intense shaking, locally generated tsunamis can be triggered by underwater landslides. This will be the only WCATWC message issued for this event.

The location and magnitude are based on preliminary information. Further information will be issued by the United States Geological Survey or the appropriate regional seismic network.

No tsunami
