First impression on first read of HR 6550 in easy speak. Question's I would ask Toffler.

FED assets would become US GOV assets; so what happens to all the foreclosures?
Does this mean the GOV will take title/deed to the land/property in question? Would this
further a Police State? Near the very end it suggests all State agencies would get USM
interest free. This did not strike me as Constitutional or right. I'll elaborate...

With regard to existing debts, presumably they are transfered but the language in the bill
was vague on this point, as some debts are transferred and some are forgiven, and some
are not. Way too vague!. Does this mean the GOV will come after you, and win every
time as they can lend money to themselves interest free? It mentions 100% employment,
and employment details were described as all STATE and GOV controlled projects. Strikes
me as Socialism, Communism...certainly neither a Free Republic nor Free Democracy.

Aside from the issues Bill HR 6550 presents; who is liable to pay for the harm done to US?
If citizens were to sue for damages (either singularly or collectively) it seems MUTE! If we
first enable the GOV to seize control of not just the FED but the poorly described assets
of the FED.

Sounds like I'm against it; really I'm simply trying to understand it. IF IT ISNT RIGHT,
REWRITE IT! First impression? Unconstitutional, unfair, not enough detail, and way
too much power is given to our GOV who has allowed harm to us, through enabling and
facillitating Corporate Interests to control policy in every branch of GOV.Hence this will
enable the corporate interests to now control everything - including the currency - nobody
will be able to successfully ADDRESS GREIVANCES as this would GIVE unlimited money
to GOV to defend as well as assert their position.

It mentions a US citizen grant and not much else is said. What kind of bait/cookie/flag is this?
I think this will further alienate the divide between the citizen and the government. It gives the
government $T.00 much power, unless other laws are also changed. For now, I'm neutral until
I know more; I'm leery of it as it reeks of slavery in the long term perspective.

So, with this legislation, and Ron Paul backing this, maybe we will see " change we can believe in ". This mantra, pushed back into the faces of the current administration would be icing on the cake!

Ron Paul would rewrite this. Kookie (however you spell it) n Paul are not on the same page entirely - their core views are polemic if you really look into them.

This Bill is a Bilderberg Sham - study up! If it sounds too good to be true - it likely isn't. 46 Pages of B.S.

Read more misconceptions in the comments here regarding "gold standards" - study up to you too!

But of course this isn't going to happen if we have a media blackout, and nobody has enough time to investigate and read all the material and convey the truth, or that we might know where to get the bleepin' truth if it's blacked out in various ways - now is it? And also I'm wondering why this page dropped of the new topics - top topics. Not showing up on my page before my pause to type this anyway. I realize it's "just a bill", but what it represents is the harsh reality this very second, when all other factors are combined.

That's the Truth Bomb. Call your local stations and ask them why they are not covering it. And don't ever consider endorsing a Bill that you don't understand until you read it and comprehend the long term ramifications.

Not all of them of course. What's the percentage? I don't know, but would like to know.

Searching more, what Ron Paul was suggesting (and I don't know how firmly entrenched his views are) if we default the government should be minimized and forced to sell its assets, agencies privatized...etc. The idea is totally alien to our current ways, but he explains it very clearly and it makes more sense than what anyone else is saying. The other thing in favor of this unusual view (see the Ron Paul website, read his bill history, political history, and video) it is as AMERICAN as it gets, and at the same time it's peaceful and humanitarian..Yeah, there will be some losses, and drastic changes, but at least these views head our country in the right direction.

We cannot keep living the myth. We don't even know if biological terrorism isn't already in place. BT could be carried out swifter and more economically than any weapon of mass destruction ever designed. People must learn to be nice, lest others will not be nice to them. Days of thinking the Pentagon and Defense (really the Offense) are protecting you are over. If China wants paid you think for a minute they need any sophisticated military equipment? Duh, the aggressive military tactics are putting us all in peril, not safety.

There are other things on the horizon of which I am aware regarding health issues - there are no other candidates who would be capable of getting up to speed and being able to grasp it's complexity and lead our country as well as Dr. Ron Paul. The only thing he has done that I do not favor is he joined the JBS. However, I think the motive there was to recruit their media assistance, as they have a firm influence in it. Last I looked, the John Birch Society is endorsing someone else anyway (Are you familiar with the JFK investigation? I hope so.)

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Law Fellowship has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.

Unfortunately the bold part is not true.

Ronald Regan Executive order 12608 modifies EO 10289 which was the order the JFK EO 11110 modified.

It sounds confusing, but I will try and explain.

EO 11110 added sub-paragraph (j) to paragraph 1 in EO 10289.

(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12,1933, as amended (31 U.S.C.821(b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denomination of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption and -- Byrevoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof.

Reagan's EO 12608:

Sec. 4. Executive Order No. 10289, as amended, is further amended as follows: (a) In Section 1(c), by deleting the words ``section 2 of the Act of August 18, 1914, c. 256, 38 Stat. 699 (46 U.S.C. 82),'' and inserting in lieu thereof ``section 1 of the Act of August 26, 1985, Public Law 98 - 89, 97 Stat. 510 (46 U.S.C. 3101);'' and by deleting the words ``survey, inspection, and measurement of'' and inserting in lieu thereof ``the inspection of.'' (b) In Section 1(d), by deleting the words ``(46 U.S.C. 104),'' and inserting in lieu thereof ``(46 U.S.C. Appendix 104),''; (c) In Section 1(e), by deleting the words ``(46 U.S.C. 134),'' and inserting in lieu thereof ``(46 U.S.C. Appendix 146),''; (e) By revoking Sections 1(g) and 1(j), and renumbering Sections 1(h) and 1(i) as Sections 1(g) and 1(h), respectively; (f) Adding a new subsection (i) to Section 1:

So basically JKF EO 11110 added the silver certificate issue to EO 10289 and Regan's EO 12608 removed that amendment .

Amazing how our government hides everything in such confusing doubletalk and purposely confusing wording, in addition to the way they bury it.
