I say in no way will NK attack.

South Korea's Defense Ministry says the drills haven't started yet due to fog. But maintain they will still happen today.

Maybe this is not a drill, maybe this is a preparation for an attack against N-Korea.

Maybe that's why the S-Korean Military Commander resigned.

Maybe that's why N-Korea is quickly accepting to allow inspectors in.
