It is clear as a bell and cold I'm getting all bundled up to go outside for the next few hours.

I am absolutely thrilled and very excited about the event.

And yes, I'll have my Vampire gun with me, just in case. LOL

What an amazing event just minutes away.

What a fantastic event, it was well worth getting out of bed at 2AM..

We had a few wispy clouds roll through but for the majority of the Lunar eclipse we could see it very well.

My pics came out horrible.. guess the sub freezing temps combined with the inexperience of shooting at night was too much for luck to be of much help..

I do have a few mins of video that I will review to see if I can post something up later, but I wouldn't hold my breath

It was extremely overcast in my neck of California, but I was able to get a few minutes every once in awhile during brief cloud's clearing....

Saw the Moon, saw the shadow, saw some meteors, and then just as I was in my last minute of tape on the Infrared Camera, I caught a 'bogey'.

I'll be posting up something a bit later in the A&U forum, but first have to do some research to confirm that what I caught was perhaps not the ISS (satellites are ruled out because of the length of this thing).

I was not fortunate enough to take any visible pictures. The sky was 100% clear and I even got to see a meteor. Problem was my camera was not good enough and I am not good at taking pictures. So... Sorry I cannot contribute.
