I think the slouching "suit" with the smarmy condescending expression is the "anti-gun warrior" ( with paid body guards) Senator Chuck schumer.
this is an excellent editorial from someone directly and adversely affected by stupid; However well meaning; gun legislation.
I also agree100%with her conclusion if you hear "no legitimate sporting purpose" or hunting use" you are not seeing a legal interpretation of the constitution.
