EvEolution: Intro.

Hello ALL! I'm a newbie! This site is pretty cool! I've read some interesting posts here.
I started getting scared about my personal safety after 9/11 so I joined a local Taekwondo school that I was very dissappointed in.

www.toaskungfu.com is a kung fu school near me that I have heard good thingds about. I am considering joining there. Any of you out there martial artists that can give me an opinon about this place?

i forgot to mention that part of the reason I want martial arts training is because 2 of the 9/11 hijackers lived in my hometown scary huh!

I think the whole damn thing is about to cave in and I'm not going down without a fight!

My advice on martial arts is to shop around, find a style that suits you, a school that you like, then practice like mad. It is tough, in my opinion, for anyone to help you pick a school; it is such a personal choice. -I look forward to reading your posts.

After 9/11 the FBI actually interviewed me and my boss because one of those local terrorists had actually enrolled his wife at my business!

That is what really freaked me out and made me fear for my personal saftey.
Have any of you taken measures to protect yourself from physical attack?
