Wouldn't this further suggest that the blatant infringement of the 4th Amendment right is just the means to feel " powerful " to grope an unsuspecting customer? Furthermore, if this can happen, and apparently it has happened even during the course of training, wouldn't it suggest the both the TSA and the " searches " of people would be deemed even more of a scam, just to further push the " control " over the people?

My coworker flew from NY to Texas and back with 2 layovers with a box cutter in his jacket pocket. He did not realize he had it until his wife checked his jacket for receipts for expense reports.

Got lucky! I firmly believe that the TSA, and their code of conduct is just an " instrument " for the government to use as its basis of argument and " control ' over its citizenry. In the article is stated that out of 22 tests, 20 times bombs and guns were admitted into the airport. So with that math, ( not opinion ), one could easily conclude that something is askew.

No surprise.

Any Quality Engineer will tell you 100% inspection never catches ALL the out of spec material if it is done by humans.
