Who runs the world?
Could it be that the "answer" (or at least part of it), is hidden in plain sight, in our history books?
"Who" exactly is it that we read about in our history books?
A good portion of "history" could be seen as something very much like "family history", because we read about the same people, generation, after
generation.
It's the blue-bloods, the royals, the nobility.
Do we have any good reason to believe that has substantially changed in recent years?
What do we imagine the nobility, the royals are doing today, right now? Are they simply enjoying their privilege, a largely benign class of the
wealthy, not terribly worried about the governments that have sprung up, seemingly taking their former power?
OR, would it be far more likely that much of what we see today, is indeed evidence that this "former" ruling elite, are still very much concerned
about their substantial, multi-generational stake in this world?
A lot of this is common sense really, and yet it has a place. I would submit that this very basic, rather mundane, non-controversial notion of
continuity amongst our multi-generational ruling elite, "should" form at least the foundation of any more comprehensive theories, when it comes to
something as grand as global power.
Once this foundation has been laid, more can be added (or even subtracted if necessary), and an edifice can be built. With far more confidence I
might add, than the person who just "feels" it must be reptilians (for example).
The logic behind such an approach has to do with the fact that there is much we know, while quite a bit will always remain speculation. By starting
with what we are fairly sure of, we can then "go back" with much more confidence. We can perhaps see places in the past where events occur,
decisions are made, and branches are formed on the great "tree" of our developing world-view in regards to "who" is (most likely) to be at the
helm today (assuming the evidence even supports that there is a "who" at the helm to begin with).
Perhaps someone will choose to begin this way, and go back, all the way through ancient Rome, through Egypt perhaps, or Sumeria. Obviously, the
farther back one goes, the less we can hang our hats on, but we might still find compelling avenues that suggest things that are not on the average
radar. Some of this kind of background might also answer many seemingly mysterious things that would remain enigmatic, if not informed of the
historical reality that lay behind them.
Another may take this "foundation", realizing that the world today does seem as if there is something like "coordination" taking place. Perhaps
they might one day find an old chart, delineating familial relationships amongst the various ruling families of history. They might notice that the
Queen of England, is very much related to those who ruled in Germany, and even Spain! A light-bulb might go on...these people are FAMILY!
The "ah-ha" moment might come when our curious seeker recalls their very own, humble family experience, noticing how they didn't end up owning a
chain of restaurants by accident. "Yes, Grandpa Tony and Uncle Murray, they worked together, and built an empire!"
Someone else might choose to extrapolate far into the future! Is it even possible to develop something of a behavioral "profile" of our elite
masters, based on their centuries of track-record? What kind of future will that look like? Is it a rosy future for humanity, or perhaps one
not-so-nice? And what evidence would we choose to underscore, to support our conclusions?
