I was bored and just checking ATS stats. This seems odd:

New member accounts: Past 7 days: 4,192
New member accounts: Past 30 days: 2,987

How can line 1 be greater than line 2?

The plot thickens, because the "About us" page says "492 members in the last seven days".
So the source page for the 4192 stat seems to have picked up an error.

I find this hard to believe, but to me it looks like the numbers on the stats page are being manually typed in rather then generated automatically and so someone made a typo.

Can this really be true?

Is there a reason that it isn't done with some kind of php variable substitution?

So many unexplained glitches.
Must be time for a recall.

In truth I like the new ATS format.
While I don't much care about the stats, I'm sure the guys paying the bills do.

That glitch has been around for ever and a day. It's not a high priority item so it never gets corrected because of all the on going hot items on the table. It's a miscalculation on the spreadsheet that promulgates the new member numbers. The daily and monthly numbers are correct but the weekly is not.

Nobody is manually typing in the numbers, it carries over from the registration page.
