Waves from Lake Erie crashing onto the Cleveland Harbor West Pierhead Lighthouse have created the most fanciful frozen building this side of the White Witch's castle.

Not unheard of for the region apparently. Another frozen lighthouse, this one on Lake Michigan in 2007:
