Warrant needed to snoop on your emails, court finally rules

This has been in the courts for a few years and finally there is a definitive ruling. The government will likely take it all the way to the Supreme Court in the hopes of overturning the ruling of the lower court. However if the ruling stands then the government will need to get an actual warrant which is much more difficult to get then a simple court order. Lets hope the ruling stands.
