I found this very interesting to watch! Really though, what was Ginger thinking?! Was she under mind control too?! I couldn't help noticing how at 6.07sec, he seems as though he got shot at himself, or else his nerves were so bad that he imagined he did? And the bizarre behavior at the very end of the vid, when he just throws himself on the ground.
I am a believer of mind control, whether it was used in this case or not, who knows. He does seem to be a little too relaxed for the scene that is happening though ,... possibly down to drugs.

But now they have perfected their techniques and are able to artificially induce any kind of feeling whether sadness or happiness, without you knowing where those emotions are coming from. The civilian population was targeted for experiments, in programs such as MK-ULTRA, starting after WW II, when Nazi scientists were imported to the US, some working on scalar or gravity weapons, said Duncan. The town of Taos, NM, where a hum was heard by many citizens, was the subject of a directed energy experiment by the U.S. Navy, he claimed. And most recently the Active Denial System (see article below) was tested on human subjects.

Duncan says he interviewed over 600 mind control victims, and found some validity to their allegations. There are weapons that can project voices into people's heads such as one system known as "The Voice of God," he detailed. Blocking techniques include jamming the signals with electronic scramblers, and using shields with metal alloys or mylar.

One thing he mentions is that his group has been in contact with certin senators about getting legislation passed that states that the United States Of America can no longer experiment on unwilling or unknowing citizens....which frankly is a bill that should of been passed a hundred years ago...

Thanks for sharing that valuable info, i would definitely look more into the work of Dr. Robert Duncan and Dr. John Hall, EM waves in behavior modification is an indirect method of mind control that we cannot see but behavioral modification through violent content in TV, movies, games etc is right on our faces but we hardly see it. We are born in a mediated environment in which we witness 1000s of violent acts through the media right from our childhood. Doesn't all that violence houses inside our minds and when tough situations come in our lives, we imitate all that violence and someone becomes innocent victim, violence in media is one of the primary reason behind all those shootings and murders. I need information about passive or active shielding against LIDA machine, or/and ELF generator.
