Can you concentrate and make yourself feel ticklish?

I think anybody can tickle themselves if they tickle the roofs of their mouths...I'd do it, but my body interprets a lot of 'tickling' as 'itching'.

I also believe i know what your on about! I thought it was just me! i can do this anywhere below my neck and if i really tried probably above too. I also have this other weird thing though not sure if anyone can do this but i can make a noise around my ears using only my mind which kind of blocks out sound, real useful with a boring person talking, anyone else got this?
