More people agree than disagree that Wikileaks was right to release the cables, by 42% to 33%. The remainder, 25%, don't have a position.

If so many people believe he was right to do what he has done how can he be charged

This sort of thing happens far to much the majority of a population don't believe something is a crime or wrong yet they are treated as criminals by a minority for doing what they thought was within there rights

Hopefully people wake up and return the power to the citizens who knows what terrible injustices might be averted if we had a sensible truly democratic society instead of having the choice between two sides of the same coin

Nice to see that there are level headed people out there. Regardless what peoples beliefs are regarding the "morality" (?) of Wikileaks, I'm sure everyone can agree that these 'rape' charges are an obvious smear on Assange.

Interesting though that these ridiculous charges were bought by a prominent swedish uberleft femi-nazi and another younger feminazi - out of spite at assange bedded them both within a day or so it seems.

Nethertheless they were real charges bought in the appropriate legal manner - otherwise you are faced with the fact that both of these women are what? - CIA agents?

The only thing Assange "raped" was a bunch of NWO governments.

Anna Ardin has been exposed as a fraud. An arrest warrant should be issued for her, for filing a false police report in a premeditated manner. She has left the country of Sweden, reportedly. Which just tells me that she knew the Anonymous noose was closing around her skanky neck.

The fact that Assange is still in jail, after all of the above has come out as a matter of fact, just tells you all you need to know about the motives behind his detention.

If he is extradited, and subsequently convicted, I will admit that America is corrupted beyond repair and in need of a full reset.

Amen brother!

There is no doubt that the US pressured sweden, or the girls, and trumped up some rape charges quick smart. The evidence is laughably flimsy.
