Did the Grim reaper visit the Oval Office ?

I was looking through a timeline of 9-11 yesterday and came across an interesting picture.

It depicts George Bush sitting at his desk with the flags of both the USA and Presidential seal in the background. It was supposedly taken during his address to the nation at 8:30pm on 9-11.

What intrigued me was as I looked at the photo, my eye was instanly drawn to the way the flag of the seal was draped. I know it's a coincidence (Much like the 'Fold a $20 bill in a certain way and see the WTC attacked origami stuff), but it looked to me as if a skeletal hand was holding a scythe.

Given what had happened, it was almost as if the Grim Reaper was letting us know of his presence.
