The Art of Strategic Citizenship
by Takuan Seiyo

Consider the judo throw.

First, it’s hazushi. Subtly, you test your opponent in small, almost imperceptible actions: a touch here, a tiny pull there. You watch his moves, reflexes and recovery ability. You bide your time, looking for the opening. Your intuition is at work here, not your strength or technique. When the right moment comes, you convert the opponent’s slightest error into tipping him off balance.

Then, it’s tsukuri. That is when preparedness meets opportunity. You now have to have acquired the skill and the speed to convert your opponent’s momentary imbalance into control of his momentum. Using techniques involving pulling, tripping, twisting, spinning, hoisting, you now load the opponent for the throw.

Lastly, you apply the kinetic energy equation you have built. The opponent is at your mercy now; it’s up to you whether to kill or just to give him a tumble. You throw accordingly. That is kake.

And that is the mechanics of Reality. Whatever one thinks of the ways of the world, however ideal one’s plans for improving upon gravity, it’s useless unless one has a death wish. The master judoka2 must respect the laws of physics. So must all men in order to protect themselves from the grappling arts of political foes — above all their own government and the ruling elite’s values it embodies.

Consider now the testicular hold that America’s Transportation Security Agency has on you. Since the off-balancing and loading stages were executed years ago with little opposition, your opponent has all the choices now. His current array of kake is that you expose your privates to pornexrays, or to groping and searching, or to jail and a fine of $11,000.

You were hoisted already in the first term of Dubya “Miss me yet” Bush. Instead of addressing the real causes of the 9/11 terror attack, i.e. the fanatical nature of Islam, the ill-advised flow of Muslims to the United States, the corrupted functioning of PC-obsessed CIA and FBI, the Bush Administration just threw enormous gobs of money at the misidentified problems which it deliberately disassociated from the Muslim presence in the West.

Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia

The "Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia" was designed by General Beauregard in the fall of 1861, and was based on an earlier, rejected design for the Confederate National Flag.

The need for a distinctive flag became apparent during the Battle of First Manassas. Because of the similiarity between the US Flag and the CSA Flag, and the fact that no real uniform standards yet existed for either army, it was difficult to tell friend from foe during the battle. General Beauregard had proposed several other solutions to this "identification" problem, but they were deemed unworkable.

The first three flags were hand sewn by the Cary sisters from material taken from their dresses and petticoats. These flags were presented to Generals Beauregard, Johnston and Van Dorn. General Beauregard's flag was still in his possession when he died in 1893. Today it resides in the Cabildo Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Army of Northern Virginia Battle Flag underwent several design variations during the war. With some modifications, it was also adopted by most other Confederate Armies.
CSA: Confederate States of America

I know what you claim but I highly doubt you have ever been to Northern Virginia or Manassas. I have, Many there still feel strong ties to the Confederacy. That's more American than you know.

I think you just say that so you can claim some sort of twisted justification for all the BS you spew about the US. Can we say "Agenda"

Interesting,

I'll repost this little reminder of how some of us Americans act.
I'm off to sleep, have to work in the morning.

PEACE

There are three types of Americans

1. Americans who find it difficult to come to grips with social flaws associated with the "Old World", such as militarism, imperialism, inequality, and misuse of power;

2. Highly patriotic Americans who deny such abuses and even assert that they could never exist in America;

3. Overly self-critical Americans who tend to exaggerate the nation's flaws and fail to place them in historical or worldwide contexts.

Those 3 points were written by a pro-Imperialist who tried to justify the Spanish American wars imperialist goals. Here is some other quotes from that wiki article.

America] goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and vindicator only of her own. She will commend the general cause by the countenance of her voice, and the benign' sympathy of her example. She well knows that by once enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication, in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of envy, and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standard of freedom. The fundamental maxims of her policy would insensibly change from liberty to force. She might become the dictatress of the world. She would be no longer the ruler of her own spirit.
John Quincy Adams

William Jennings Bryan, Democratic Party presidential candidate in 1896, said:
Imperialism is the policy of an empire, and an empire is a nation composed of different races living under varying forms of government. A republic cannot be an empire, for a republic rests upon the theory that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and colonialism violates this theory [...] Our experiment in colonialism has been unfortunate. Instead of profit it has brought loss. Instead of strength it has brought weakness. Instead of glory it has brought humiliation.

Those people, the people that are connected to them in all the think tanks they sit on and media outlets they work for are a major influence on our foreign policy in both parties. I think we need to get bashed a little more until we stop this insanity and stop listening to people like this.

as columnist Charles Krauthammer puts it, "People are now coming out of the closet on the word 'empire.'" This embrace of empire is made by many neoconservatives, including British historian Paul Johnson, and writers Dinesh D'Souza and Mark Steyn. It is also made by some liberal hawks, such as political scientist Zbigniew Brzezinski, and Michael Ignatieff.

America isn't and will never be respected by most of the world until we throw the globalist controlled mainstream Republicans and Democrats out, and begin a non-interventionist foreign policy.

Sorry if I assumed anything, and I did read that thread about the idiots guide to NWO about a week or 2 ago, forgot it was you. Then you have to know everything done in our name isn't even to benefit us, it is to advance a globalist agenda. I can't help be mad at Americans who keep voting for this year after year, to me it seems like the America that gets bashed isn't my America anyway, it is just this American Empire, which actually is just the NWO. Seems like most who stand up for it are the pro NWO neocons, sorry if I thought you were pro NWO.

Honestly I could care less.

The facts are

1. You claimed it wasn't an American flag. The Confederate states of America were Americans and flew that flag.

2. It's not a "familly Battle flag bro" as you claimed. It's the Very real and documented Battle Flag of Northern Virginia. The original Confederate flag in your avatar is in a Museum in New Orleans

AND

3. It first flew at The First Battle of Bull Run, also known as the First Battle of Manassas in 1861 not 1863 as claimed in your signature.

I have lived in Maryland which is just a stones throw north of Virginia and have lived and worked among them for over 17 years. I know what they think and how they feel. I lived there.

My knowledge is first hand as an American. Not third party from a Canadian.

Yes.

I guess it's senseless "American bashing" to get on a conspiracy site to criticize the United States. Anything other than apathetic indifference or outright praise of Amererka is considered childish, ignorant or dangerous.

Orrr... maybe it has something to do with the United States being the most oppressive nation in the entire world? With the world's largest, most expensive military in the world, and with the most security and intelligence agencies.. etc.. etc.

Yeah, maybe that's what.. I don't know.. "kicks off" all these "Amererka hater" threads. You know... on a conspiracy site.. so, yeah.. What a shock, I know.

Should we all be criticizing America's known enemies instead? Would that be considered okay? I'm guessing you wouldn't have a problem with that.

I've worked for a couple of software companies testing and developing game software a few years back. I made some good money at it. Enough to send my daughter to University to study Television and Studio production.

You've probably bought and played some of the games I worked on. Thanks for helping me give my daughter an education.
