Acheivement guessing game

Ok I got an idea ,how about we put dates
to scientific acheivements like as in guessing
when a certan thing will happen in years.

2010 space shuttle gets replaced
2100 first large scale space battle

Ok now everyone else

What point does this serve?? Its a guess...and we'll most likely never know if its true or not. Cuz most likely none of them are giong to happen this year or the next.

you make an educated GUESS when
a breakthrough in technology will
happen.

The best part regarding guessing about a breakthrough in technology is
that you'd have to predict the technology first. In other words, instead of
saying the space shuttle will be replaced, you would have to suggest what
it would be replaced with.

Foreseeing a new technology is the most difficult part. You would need the
imagination to see a technology that isn't in development yet.
