These people throw paint on a car and a storefront and one police car tries to take them out. The cop grabs her and puts her up against the wall and she immediately takes a swing at him. He takes her to the ground and then it cuts out and now they are in the middle of the street with him wrapped around her with a sleeper hold! lol

All this police brutality over a can of paint on a car? Made me sick to my stomach. When you think she's somebody's kid and being treated with such savagery one looks back to how we made it till here and can't stop thinking that we humans haven't change a bit. We remain a wild species.

I don't see anything wrong in posting this video now. Is police brutality despite the time frame when it happened. It's a pattern you see everywhere in the world today and is the ringing of a bell that we all should listen carefully. Otherwise soon is going to be our turn.

Almost everywhere now globally - it's not the votes that count but who is counting those votes.

It is not the fault of the people, they really have no say.

There is a small elite group (think globally) of people that own 90% of the wealth of the entire planet.

Police brutality is on the rise, it is for the most part, being left unchecked and condoned to keep "the pions" in line and you haven't seen anything yet.

I have to agree with the poster who called the bystanders "pu$$ys".

Personally, I believe that if you'er out and about for a bit of mischief (like pouring some water-based paint on some rich ba$tards car) always carry a small bat of some sort. Had a couple of her cohorts been carrying anything of the sort, this would have had a very different outcome.

Before the "anti-police" accusations start, I must state that while I hate abuse in any form, I don't necessarily hate cops - just the badge-heavy majority of them. Ten citizens vs. two cops acting like thugs SHOULD equal 2 hospitalized cops...period. Or as Sean Connery put it in "The Untouchables", "If they put one of ours in the hospital, we put one of theirs in the morgue.."

Whether we want to admit it or not, we are already engaged in the global war against the elitist controllers. It is our solomn duty as citizens of the world to protect those among us who are being victimized and abused by the official thugs. After all - if a cop is brutalizing a citizen for whatever reason, who are you going to call? Another cop??!! Be real - and be ARMED!

I watched it, and didn't see any 'head smashing' nor did I see a 'jump knee to the small of the back.' I saw him hold her down when she was clearly resisting (she is strong, I'll give her that!) and then him doing the standard police thing with one knee on the back while he cuffed her. he didn't jump his knee into her back, he didn't even come close to head smashing. It wasn't police brutality and she was NOT beaten senseless. This was a sensational title on the part of the OP which I absolutely disagree with; people commented on the title and the summary, not the video.

I would like to ask the OP to modify a sensationalist and incorrect title.
In no moment in the entire video does he "beat her sensless"

She commits a crime, then SHE hits him, she spends 5 minutes resisting arrest while a group of 6 or 7 of her friends assault the 2 police arresting her, and try to release her by force.

Im sure if this "fine specimen" of nordic sociedad had broken the windows in your car you'd be the first to give her a swift left hook.

There nothing here of police state.

All those who complain are those who like to jump on the anti government band wagon without really knowing why. Its the fashion these days.

This is just another "lets bash the cops" thread, posted by someone who probably got one parking ticket too many and hates anyone in a uniform, even the postman.

The title of the thread bears no resembalance to its contents.
It's misleading and in fact a blatent lie. The mods should force the OP to modify the title.

In the United States the use of the "rear naked choke hold" - which is what you see this cop using on the girl while she was on the ground - is banned. It's considered excessive force and has been the cause of death in a number of police detainments. This cop in the video was without a doubt engaged in excessive force to detain a protester (or vandal, depending on how you see it).

Google "rear naked choke hold police" and see how many death are caused by it. Even Singapore outlaws it! Jumping down on the girl with the knee in the back was also way over the top, you can cause serious injury to the spine that way. Bad cop.

The chick got what she deserved...little punk throwing paint on a car...and then punches a cop.

And the OPs description of the video is a little sensationalist.

I have no sympathy for the girl at all.

Wow, i understand alot of people think they need to rebel against the establishment but c'mon. This is one of the weakest videos of police brutality i have ever seen. The choke hold was barely applied as she clearly gets can still move around. Defending her actions? She is a vandal and should be help accountable, way to put a permanent hook into the rest of your life. At no point is she beat senseless either.

I agree to an extent. The cop's use of the choke hold seems to me a little over-the-top, but he does quickly roll her on her back to handcuff her.

I didn't see the head-smash the first time I watched the video, but I did catch it the second time. It happens real fast and the camera cuts away pretty quick. Almost have to pause to see it. This was definitely brutality.

But with that said, looks like any other take down I've seen in the news or on "Cops". If I was that cop and she swung and hit me in the face, I would've thrown her little ass down and smashed her face, too.

That's a bit excessive. The job is to subdue people, not "get revenge" on people 1000x what they did to you...
