I Am In No Way A Newbie, I Just Don't Feel The Need To Post A Whole Lot of Things Or Get Into Endless Debates With Others Who Have Opposing VIews. 1.Looks like welts on the baby boys legs to me.

2.they disappear after a few days.

3.The mother says the baby boy cries when they appear and that there is no way to calm him down.

4.I`d say its child abuse from either parent.
