Found a really creepy Homeland Security presentation involving FEMA and all this Walmart and Mall of America type insanity going on lately, have no idea how to capture this presentation from the Internets but hoping that You guys can help figure it out!!

Definitely includes material about the See Something Say Something campaign including how the PR system and the graphics are setup. I think this is useful for researchers to understand where the SAR and Information Sharing Environment are coming from.
