While searching for videos at YouTube.com containing the keyword 'WikiLeaks' and sorted by Upload Date I saw a video result come up with 0 views (I must have been the first viewer) that contained a supposed password to the insurance file. The user account was 'WikiDocs'. Here is a link to the actual YouTube.com video:
tinypic.com

This came up on YouTube while searching 'WikiLeaks' with results sorted by Upload Date.

Interesting password.

99942 Apophis, an asteroid that apparently has a chance of hitting Earth or the Moon in 2029.

Now if I only knew how to open the damn file....

Maybe computer programming would have been a good idea.

The page is set to say 0 views. The work of Julian, no doubt.

Wonder why one of the tags is "Thermonuclear"?

Any thoughts?

It's strange, it still says zero views.
Not sure about that to be honest, I would imagine they would go through twitter first.

I have heard of youtube altering hits and stuff to make some vids appear unpopular. At the same time it may need a =while to refresh...just saying...

Haha indeed your correct. I assumed he wanted it 0 views for the purpose of keeping online as long as possible.

I'm not sure about validity of this either???
Be nice to clear up if this is a hoax of not..

Part of me hopes this is the key, and part of me is unsure what that'll bring, war? more disappointment?

But I would prefer to know either way

I'm gonna go check the chans and see if I can find some insomniac to take a look. I didn't download the file cause I figured that would put me on some new list... I'll post back with my results.

Until we know more about this, it is hard to make any comment on what this is supposed to be.

We all know any fool can set up a youtube account and post what they like (almost). This could be one of many things.
1. Distraction. Building up a lot of links that lead nowhere .. a fake trail.
2. Pranksters taking a ride on the train.
3. A genuine password... to what?
4. The security key we have been hearing about..

and anything else you can think of.

One thing is for sure and that is Wikileaks has stirred up a real big barrel of fun and it's about time. It's needed.

Can you imagine what would happen if he released info about 9/11 or jfk? What would the consequences be on a global scale?

I'm just waiting for the breaking news on cnn, if this is true, it will be any second now.

A 1 in 45,000 chance of hitting the earth as I recently learned.

Maybe the password is a hint to whats in the files....

Maybe apophis is really going to hit earth, and be the end of the world as we know it.... Maybe thats why they call it the doomsday file.

I would, except I never downloaded the file.
I figure the contents will be known/published all over the internet once people know the password.
