I don't think anybody thinks we're the only species in the universe. Most people are aware of dogs, fish, viruses, etc.
And there's no sign that humanity or any other species on Earth is synthetic in origin. The possibility of synthetic life doesn't lead to the conclusion that we are synthetic ourselves.
Of course it's possible, but that doesn't mean that it's supported by any evidence.
It even creates regress. Who created the individuals that created us? Who created them? And so on ad infinitum.
As of right now we have no evidence of entities smarter than ourselves nor do we have any evidence of entities other than ourselves outside of our solar system. Sure, it's possible. It's actually probable that we aren't alone in the universe. But the probability of intelligence arising isn't necessarily all that high.
...the possibility of synthetic life (biology) doesn't lead the the possibility of synthetic reality (physics).
Creating an entire reality would be...well, sort of useless. Imagine the energy requirements...
It's always a possibility. It's not proven, there's no reason behind it, and it automatically falls into logical traps...but it's still a possibility.
Us creating our own life doesn't add any weight to its claims.

we work with what is within the fabric of our reality so therefore if we create an organism, it shows that things can be made...out of recycled parts of our existence, however if our fabric of reality is far more greater ( something unimagineable because we can only base our thoughts off what is alraedy existing currently) then we would have further boundaries and could work with more material possibly creating an entire reality.

Or do you mean 'would it prove that the Bible creation story is possibly true?' No, it wouldn't. That's because the Bible creation story is a parade of scientific howlers that could never possibly have happened, even with an all-powerful God at the controls. It's just too stupid.
