How to be happy :)

Here on ATS, there is so much doom and gloom that sometimes i think we've forgotten how to be happy. Just relax guys, it's all good! Sure, the world is a tough place, but we can still be happy. So, enjoy the video. Here's hoping it will put a smile on your face like it did mine!

Thanks for the vid moss, true happiness has been a hard thing for me all my life. I wish I had thought this way when I was a teenager and not just learning it in my thirties. Its harder to break the habit of thinking negative the older you are. Better late than never though.

All these you should be happy threads should live my life of being monitored 24/7 by uk gov and police.

Have your mind violated every second of every day people trying to second guess everything and always being wrong about your thoughts in some sort of rubbish minority report testing. At least my life proved how rubbish these techs are, but man pure evil or what.

Nice message in the video, but not easy to follow as man is a social animal and will always try to do things that get him others' approval... but nevertheless the video's worth it. thank you
