KABUL, Afghanistan – A leaked diplomatic cable has undermined the U.S. ambassador's relationships with key Afghan ministers at a time when ties between the two nations are already strained, a top adviser to President Hamid Karzai said Saturday.

A hand of freinship, should be a hand of freindship... It is not suprising this man feels upset with what has happened. It shows a distinct lack of sincerity

This will put further strain on there relationship. This is just after the cable that stated america had robbed millions of the afgan army. By taking a large percentage of the money raised by the internation community to help rebuild the Afgan army...
