Anomoly in a photograph, I want your take

he doesnt even say where the camera is pointing, does he? is it the sky? the ground? the sidewalk?

its a crocodile.

It looks like the top of a skateboard, though I can't explain why one of the holes is smaller than the other. The larger one does look to be around the right size for the bolt used for the trucks though. Anyway, silly thread.

I was going to say it looks like a negative image of a pavement surface with two "divots" or little chunks missing. IThe pic is impossible to even understand what we are looking at. is it a object in the air? Is it a pic of the surface of something? Its just some random spots on a unobtrusive background. What did the investigators say when they saw "it"? Where were they looking etc.....without more info nothng can really be said about this pic.
