It's amazing how small effects in the atmosphere can seed such wide ranging phenomena, isn't it?

As interesting as I find the idea of meteor related weather formations, I have to say that the possibility of a higher altitude (and out of frame) cloud, or, a body of water associated with a falling column of air, created a patch of low pressure.

hey i just wanted to thank everyone for their input on this ,every time i come and look at this i am just amazed at the pic ,so once more thanks everyone for their thoughts
