Wikileaks Molestation

Source

I just came across this and had to share it with everywhere here.

Mr. Assange and Wikileaks are being sued in United States Federal District Court in Denver Colorado by a one Jonathan Lee Riches for quite the laundry list of charges.

I highly recommend every read this, it is a scanned copy of his handwritten complaint complete with the court's stamps and the judgement. Assange won this battle but I feel there may be more to come!

Isn't Wikileaks STILL being hosted in the United States via the Amazon Cloud?

So the website is the only asset physically in the United States yet not being shut down. Odd isn't it?

What is this?

A dumb joke?

This guy says he paid for Cheny's heart surgery with his American Express black card.

I believe Mr. Riches is in a psychiatric facility and truly believes that what he claims to be true.
I find it humorous that the court actually accepted the complaint, and passed a ruling on it in favor of the defense.

a quick aside, the plaintiff here MR. Riches actually has his own wiki article because he has filed many simliar lawsuits against many many people, both past and present.

He is incarcerated in Kentucky for wire fraud and scheduled to be released in March of 2012.

The judgment was, if you will look at it, was a Judgment dismissing (throwing out) the case.

As it should have been...I wonder if the district courts consider this a badge of honor?
Like when you finally get a suit from Riches its a reason to celebrate haha
