What I am interested in is this quote

For instance the coffin in The Great Pyramid was cut so accurately that we could not even recreate a similar coffin out of rock today - even with our laser technology!

Is that true?

Yep, there are alot of "Anomalies" in regards of Ancient Egypt. However, the Mural-pic of the "grey", seems to be a Lotus Flower. The first time I saw the Mural, I too thought it was a Grey, untill I found the explanation of it. And this explanation is one of the really few "Mainstream" explanations in the field that I actualy egree with.

Never the less, a very interesting and fascinating topic.

I doubt it.

If we could measure it to see how accurate it is then we can do it to that accuracy.

No it is true, also we had 40 top scientist and architects try to rebuild the pyramids on a 1/40th scale and they could not make it as precise as the egyptian's built them... its quite puzzling, makes you think they had some higher knowledge(aliens)

They should have used builders instead of architects.

And making something smaller will always be more difficult to make it as accurate as a bigger version of that same thing.

I'm so glad they didn't use any British builders to do the job on the pyramids, it would have been over priced, they'd never have turned up on time and would have left the job half built.

The problem for me on this issue, is the evidence in itself. What alien race would actually use planes, gliders or rockets? This is what's restricting us as a species in exploring outer space.

I can see many people throughout history making models or images of what we can describe as gliders or planes by watching birds. Most people would have at least thought what it would feel like to fly like a bird. It doesn't take much imagination or creativity to copy the shape of the bird, build basic models out of wood and try to make them glide. Through development, they would eventually create rear fins to stabilise the object.

However making something on a larger scale in order to carry people would need more precision, maybe that was the stumbling point.

It's very interesting though.

Edit: Also on the alien representations, they are humanoid, look at paintings in any gallery, you will see many interpretations of "man" they aren't true photographic representations. When you take mythology and belief into account, no wonder there are some wacky representations.

There is a dump truck of evidence that tells you the Egyptians didn't build them.

You can start with Graham Hancock' "Fingerprints of the Gods"

No I wont, well actually I cant, gets thrown out for some reason.

I read last night that an Egyptian Archaeologist...Ala Shaheen ... has admitted that he believes ETs had a hand in building the pyramids and that there is ET technology inside the pyramids. He would not comment further.

There is more info if you google. This is a hmmmmmm moment!

About halfway through this documentary, there is an architect/engineer, very will respected in the industry, who goes over the insane level of craftsmanship of the "sarcophagus" found in the Great Pyramid. He explains in technical terms his opinion on the matter of the construction of the Great Pyramid and its related structures. I haven't seen any more credible or logical assessment of the Great Pyramid than this dude's analysis. It's a pretty cool documentary all-in-all, though about half of it is more commonly known information that most of ya'll who are pyramid/Egypt/ancient society nuts

It's a made-up story. If one simply goes to the Cairo University web page they will find there is no one by that name there, let alone the head of the Archaeology department. Second, the name of the Polish man that asks the question is the name of a Euro shock DJ and gay porn.

Ahhhhh, well OK. What is this then? I am assuming one would not go the trouble of creating a false website so that a lie could be perpetuated?

The name of Cairo University's Dean of the Faculty of Archaeology is named A.D. Azza Farouk. Here is her page from Cairo University's website where it clearly states that she is the dean of the department.

With all those cooks in the same kitchen I'm not surprised they couldn't.

One leader and lots of hard working builders would have been a better way me thinks.

Upon further searching I did find Aladdin A. Al Shaheen as part of the faculty. However, that does not explain why the website you got your source from called him the Dean if he hasn't been since at least 2008.

There is a Dr Marek Nowak (not Novak) who is a Polish archeologist found on the Net....could be a simple spelling mistake but that was the name of the person asking the Egyptian archeologist the question re ETs and the Pyramids construction.
Maybe Mr Shaheen lost his job as Dean and was so destroyed he has not bothered to go take his website down?? lolol...who knows.
I wait to see where this all leads, somewhere or oblivion.

ETA: I am sorry OP'er that I have strayed off your topic somewhat. Maybe a Mod may need/want to shift this ?

I have to put correction on this

1. Actually there is no evidence that the Egyptian's didn't build the pyramids.

2. The Egyptians before all the invasions were Nubian or African, so apparently since the world 'still' has not come to leave racism out of history, we've come up with some more 'excuses' as to why they weren't smart enough, or just could not have built the pyramids or without help.

3. All the so called evidence dealing with the Ancient civilizations of African, Mayan or Native cultures and what they did or built and the reasons for, are just speculation(I'll bet with a racist hint in there). I mean it's obvious.

Evidence= These people couldn't have done it so, ALIENS DID!

I'm just laying out that basic fact when it comes to archeology and history and the 'evidence'.
