c'mon now, your telling me, that if you were a state trooper and you saw willies' bus, that you wouldnt pull'em over just out of curiosity? really?

Only if I knew I could get away with chilling with Willie and his friends for a few hours. If I were a LEO my conscience would not let me arrest someone for cannabis possession.
