Fear with sweating and a racing heart does not sound symptomatic of contact with something good.

sounds as if in junior high, the date requests came to you.

I understand your fear and paranoia. When I first discovered that this was happening to me I became very angry upset and did everything I could to prevent it. I knew it was happening due to the physical marks that were happenign on my body, plus i have seen several ufos in my time and experience missing time.

All in all, I guess you could say ive gotten used to it. I know that ive been taken by some good aliens too, even aliens (pleidians) and some that totally freak me out (like the insectiods). Due to childhood abuse my mind is very adapt at blocking memories that are particularily traumatic for me, so I consider myself lucky that I cant remember these abductions.

My biggest suggestion and what has become a huge help to me was calling out to the Archangel Michael when you are scared or frightened. He comes immediately and has the power to bi-locate himself all over the universe to millions of places every instant. God created him that way. He has the power to protect you and sheild you, even if you are not christian (i am not, but i am spiritual). He can help stop them from taking you, should they ever try again.

From what ive learned through various sources, about more than 50% of the population is abducted or worked on or is involved with aliens in some manner. As you saw, they can enter your room and perform things on you without even taking you. Since most of the population has no awareness of their interactions with the aliens, I would not concern yourself with freaking out too much.

hmm, I dunno...

Ive been researching/reading everything I can get my hands on regarding everything aliens,
abductions being one of the deeper interests... For years and years.
At least.. 9-10 years.... and have yet to experience anything like that.

I often experience OBE's and other 'strange' things that would have to be put into the 'metaphysical' pile,
But I think it is all self/Universe induced. lol

Not seen any of the star peoples yet ..
Though I would like to....... lol

Yea, hypnopompic hallucinations would seem to be a fitting answer. Personally, I've had a couple of similar experiences within the past year; on the first occasion, I knew there was something over me as I was lying in bed, I was facing the wall and couldn't see whatever it was as a result. I tried to turn over, but I was paralysed, which also scared me immensely. I felt like this figure was drilling into my side, I kept trying to move and eventually, summoning all my energy, I managed to toss myself over. When I did, I saw a typical grey- but it disappeared as I got up. I could have sworn it was real, it 100% felt that way, my side even tingled a bit when I was definitely awake.

However, I had a second similar experience a month after, maybe. Identical in terms of the feelings involved- i.e sensing a real presence, feeling as though you are awake, the fear, etc. The content was somewhat different, the hallucination was basically my warped dream continued, I could have sworn there was a creature- half mermaid, half monkey (best way I can think of describing it)- in my room and it was about to attack me.

The first experience did seem slightly plausible to me at the time, although probably only 5% of me thought it actually occurred. Clearly the same cannot be said of the second event, and because of that, and the fact the feelings involved were as good as identical, it seems obvious that it was just the workings of the mind. After doing some research I found hypnopompic hallucinations described it perfectly, and I also found out that the paralysis thing can be explained- I've forgotten the name of this though, when you wake and are paralysed for a second, as if your body isn't awake yet. Nevertheless, they were both pretty terrifying, especially the earlier.

Thanks for sharing, and thanks to all of you for sharing.

I will never know what happened though, probably just a hallucination, though I didn't have the paralyzed aspect of it.

Lost time?

Could you elaborate on this one?

How much time did you lose? hours? Days?

When I was ten years old, I had a lost time experience, that I have never been able to explain.

I lived in a small city called Gardner, in north central county called Worcester, in Massachusetts.

Behind my folks house was a huge expanse of woodlands, I say huge but is was probably about 5 square miles of forest. But if you think about it, that's a pretty big area for a ten year old kid to have as his playground.

We were always in the woods, exploring, climbing trees, checking out the ponds and streams.

But anyways, one day I remember walking dizzily to my home from the backyard that led to the woods, and to my home. This was the first thing that I remember doing that day.

I walked into the house, and went to my bedroom, 1st flr of a cape design, and my mom came in to put away some of my laundry into my bureau, and I was sitting on the bed watching her, then I looked at my clock and it said like 4 O'clock or about that time.

This puzzled me, for it was the weekend, and 4 o'clock? What did I do all day? Did I sleep all day? The day was almost over, and I didn't remember a darn thing about that day.

So I asked my mom who was putting away my laundry, and she turned around and smiled and said that I had been outside playing in the woods all day. And the way that she said it, and they way that she smiled, and kinda chuckled, it really made me think hard. Because I don't remember even 1 second of that day before 4 O'Clock in the afternoon. Her reaction to my question freaked me out, and at the instant she replied and smiled in the way that she did, I instantly felt that something was wrong. What was she talking about, I don't remember that. It just didn't seem right to me.

And it gets even stranger.

The next day at school, I have an itch in the back of my neck. And while the teacher is talking, I start scratching the back of my neck, and I feel a lump, like a small bump, the size of a BB used in a BB gun. Well being curious, I take a sharp #2 pencil and start poking at it, don't ask me why, I guess I was a dumb kid, or maybe it was kind of bothering me, and then when I look at the pencil, the lead point has broken off by me poking at this lump.

So now, I didn't know if the lump was natural, or because the lead of the pencil got imbedded in my skin on the back of my neck.

Again, I was freaked out, twice in two days.

Today, the lump looks like an ordinary mole, and doesn't hurt or bother me.

But, I always remembered that experience and tried to reconcile it with logic and common sense for the next 15 years after that. And I mean, I probably thought about it once every week for like 15 years. Never could explain it.

I was born in 1964 by the way.

So in 1974, I had what seemed to me a major lost time experience.

And the weirdest thing about it, is that I didn't tell anybody about it until I told my brother about ten years ago.

It really made me wonder with all kinds of questions.

Was I abducted by aliens?

Was I kidnapped by a child molester and blocked out the memory because of the pain?

I tried to think of all sorts of explanations, but never figured it out.

Did I meet God or Jesus? I was a good Catholic boy at the time.

I never figured it out.

I have considered hypnotic regression, but don't dare do it, for fear of false memory implantation.

I am fine today, I am only sharing, because maybe others have had similar experiences they would like to share.

By the way, I have only had 3 "paranormal experiences" in my life, this is one, the second I told you about "ghosts" in the new garage addition, and the third I will tell you later about.

I am not a nutcase, but then again, maybe I am.

I 100% agree.

To the OP:
You Imply that your interest or research somehow put you "on the radar" of aliens. Causing them to come for you. I think that your research put the subject into the front of your mind, causing you to dream about it. Some dreams can seem very real.

I was awoken, not dreaming at the time, so some sort of hallucination might be a better description, but who knows, maybe aliens do visit us.

ya know it is said that greys feed on fear so if you were screaming in horror, i doubt that they would leave.

the mind is a very powerful device, if you believe it so much, you might just go insane.

I think they are because I think they can invoke sleep whether you are ready or not. Lights out!

I have recently posted a thread in this forum myself about something that happened to me on Wednesday night.

I am curious, was there any type of flash of bright light before or after this happened? Did you hear any voices? I'm trying to figure out a rational explaination for what happened to me. Just wondering if there is any similalarities between your experience and mine.

Thanks

What you are experiencing is not new.Sophocles said, "knowledge is recollection".

Plato said "What we see is not what is coming in but what we project out".

So as in dreams one can create anything and so long as one believes in it experience it.

This may explain what is happening but it still does not solve the Mystery of why we choose by staying in this existence to experience anything. The other mystery is why after experiencing good and bad we have not after thousands of years found a simple method of turning the word EVIL round to make LIVE.

Just to clarify, would you say that the abduction would be the abduction of your mind/soul or would it be physical ?

I never get abducted. I keep looking up,
but they never come. I guess I'm just not interesting enough.

Now I can visit them anytime so I shouldn't feel so bad. A few blotters and I'm there about an hour later; dematerializing and rematerializing instantaneously. These guys do it on the Tube> www.youtube.com... so I figure I can too.

There are many meaningful levels of being.

Please, please, please don't be afraid, my friend.

By all accounts, any malevolent ETs RELY on you being fearful and paranoid. Fear is the very essence and basis of the dominator paradigm. Just invoke your inner knowing that all will be well, no matter what happens in this blink of an eye experience that we call human life.

What you focus on - expands. Don't reason it. Know it.
