Sarah Palin on Glenn Beck's radio show: 'We gotta stand with our North Korean allies'

www.nydailynews.com

Sarah Palin made her latest verbal gaffe on Wednesday, claiming North Korea is one of America's allies on Glenn Beck's radio show when asked how she'd handle the recent escalation between the two Koreas.

The Tea party and Conservative leader Sarah Palin has opened her mouth again. Good God imagine if she was a POTUS and ordered a strike on South Korea or jointly run military drills with N.K against S.K. Will she need a Glenn Beck everytime to correct her!! What kind of candidate is she when she doesnt know zilt about our allies let alone foreign policies. She is the only candidate I can think of that screws up basic facts on such a common basis. Even Bush Jr wasn't this constant in his flubs. What is with the republicans putting fourth the dimmest lot they have? Are they trying to lose?

Im surprised Glenn Beck knew it was South Korea, or that he didnt just go along with her and tell her how great she is.

Seems she doesn't think before she speaks.
Maybe she doesn't think at all.

That's a pretty bad comparison.
I think even 4th graders know the difference between those two countries.

I must say, if she gets to run for POTUS, I will be sadly disappointed.
But then again, it would still be better than this smiling group of progressives now.

Just my $0.02.

No the republicans are not trying to lose, they are doing their part in providing a candidate 48 percent of the population will vote against. Now lets see if the democrats hold up their end of this policy to maintain the two party duopoly and provide a candidate a different 48 percent will vote against.

This is just funny, a verbal gaffe is all.
I hope this doesnt turn into a thread where both sides start launching all the verbal gaffes at each other.
(btw I know it will)

How many posts down until we see Obama messing up the amount of states we have.
TO be countered with Bush 43 quoting a 'Who' song
and then Dan Quayle
oh my I might just keep up with this one to giggle about all the political mis-speaks!

Oh no, she is thinking perfectly. The right wing republicans like that kind of government: all citizens forced to worship "Dear Leader" whether (s)he is right or wrong, where the "Dear Leader" can can make all the mistake (s)he wants without fear of reprimand or humiliation.

Kim Jong Il and Sarah Palin would have a wonderful discussion on media manipulation and cult of personality.

Allright Palin supporters, .... explain this one ...... PLEEEAAAAASE.

" oh it's just a gotcha soundbite"

" her mind was flustered with the stresses of politics"

" she was sniffing paint in the parking lot "

Whatever you got, I'd like to hear it, ..... because anyone who can support this person is more mentaly handicapped than Palin herself.

Because its just appalling that she made a mistake. Our current president is so much better at not making mistakes.
Linky

This is desperation from the left.

She's NEVER going to get the nomination, unless the GOP intentionally intends to tank the next election and I don't see that happening. Non-issue imo.

Are you serious?

Of course she meant to say South Korean so what is your problem?

Unless of course you really believe your Messiah and think there are 57 states.

Get a clue and see a shrink regarding your Palin derangement syndrome.

Would you like to place a bet on who would score better on a history test?
There is a difference between making a verbal mistake and not knowing what the heck you are talking about(Sarah)

Politicians are notoriously prone to verbal gaffs. Sarah Palin included. For the sake of my continued sanity, can we please let this non issue go? Verbal gaffs, which we all, everyone of us, have upon occasion are hardly indicative of intelligence or lack of same.

In otherwords? Non issue.

She and Joe Biden give the late night TV comics a lot of fodder.

A great idea for a new TV show .... the Palin/Biden comedy show.
See which one can make the most gaffs in a half hour show each Monday night on NBC.
Have viewers call in .. American Idol style .. and vote.

Seriously though ... God help us in 2012 if it comes down to Obama and Palin fighting it out.
It would be like .... These two are the best the USA can come up with? :shk:

Palin is making a ton of $$$. She has a job. She pays her taxes. I'm glad for that.
But I think Barbara Bush got it right ....

Wow, you must have special abilities.

Of course people are going to point out gaffs from the other party. You fight absurdity with absurdity. Anyone who thinks these verbal gaffs mean anything are only deluding themselves.
