Massive Black Farmer Payout Rife with Fraud

Gee .. whoda' thunk it?

Remember the big payoff .. yes .. payOFF .. to all the black farmers who claimed discrimination? Years ago the courts dismissed their suit as having no merit. Instead of handing out loans to people who wouldn't be able to pay them back ... like what happened in the housing crisis, the loans went to farmers based on what they could and couldn't pay back. But then Obama got in and it all got reintroduced again and it was determined that they'd get their payout (really it's a payOFF and shouldn't have happened).

Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., told FoxNews.com on Tuesday that she's been told people who have no connection to farming are set to receive payments under the so-called Pigford settlement

Bachmann, along with Reps. Steve King, R-Iowa, and Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., point to a red flag in the numbers -- while Census data pegs the number of U.S. farms operated by black farmers at about 33,000, close to 94,000 claims have been made so far in the discrimination case.

Don't forget .. Obama helped cause the housing crisis. When he was a lawyer for the corrupt ACORN group, he sued citibank and forced it to make housing loans to people who the bank knew would never be able to pay it back. This black farmer payoff is cut from the same cloth. Instead of being rewarded for doing the right thing with loans, those giving the loans are being demonized.

So what this payoff is saying is that .. even though the loaners did the responsible thing with farms and they gave out loans in the amounts that were proper and that they knew could be paid back ... the government is saying that they discriminated and so our tax money is now going to be wasted once again. Money will be going to people who didn't get loans for legitimate reasons .. and money will be going to frauds who claim they were discriminated against but they clearly weren't. This case was dismissed years ago. The fact that it's going through now is absurd and yet another waste of our tax money.

Is he doing that poorly in the polls that he thinks he needs to buy the black farmers votes?

The most fraudulent people in the country are those in charge. When they start to lead by example, perhaps things will change.

Obama DID NOT CAUSE THE HOUSING MESS AND ACORN WAS TORN A NEW ONE WHEN THEY WERE MAKING IT EAISER FOR MINORITIES TO REGISTER TO VOTE AND SINCE A CLEARCUT MAJORITY OF MINORITIES VOTE DEMOCRAT THEY WERE DEMONIZED FOR NOTHING MORE THEN GETTING MINORITIES REGISTERED. Acorn based upon a 43 era law made it so where you filled out a voter application form regardless of the name submitted it had to be submitted. Say, I put my name down as Mickey Mouse, guess what? Mickey Mouse would've been registered to vote.

Back to the topic at hand, this is to allow for those minority owned farms who got suckered into those deals whereas they were given a 5% introductory rate which doubled to 10% in 6 month that further ballooned to north of 35% when the lipper reset a chance and oppourtunity to get out of these scrupulpous and fradulent mortages so that they can keep their farms.

Whoever says helping out American farms and Americans is somehow wrong get the heil out of the US as you are what continually remains to be the problem.

It is only a problem because it went to minority owned farms and not rich, caucasian owned farms who emply slave labour and vote GOP. Racism at it's finest. Are you kidding me trying to cite Bachman of all people as a credible and reliable source? Are you insane? Let us not also forget one major and important item, this bill is keeping American jobs in America and not shipping them overseas. Another thing the GOP can't stand, keeping American jobs in America and not continually allowing our jobs to be outsourced to foriegers who can be exploited.

One fault with this lies in the fact that I know plenty of 'caucasian' farmers that are not rich, barely making ends meet, and the only people working the farms are the farmer, his wife and children.

This payOFF is a problem because -
- The courts had already decided there was nothing to this law suit.
- This is clearly a buy the vote entitlement perp'd by the left wing Obama administration.
- The payoff is full of FRAUD. You just skipped over that part. Massive numbers of people filling for free money that they don't deserve. Hell .. none of them deserve it, but the fact is that massive numbers of people are looking for a free hand out with this.

this is just ridiculous like bush and clinton and the other bush before that they'll get away with it and the factions will keep us busy with other stories.

The banks are the sole cause for this as it was and has been them all along manipulating and dominating the market. Taken them out and watch the nation recover faster.
