Google passing on information to supported pro google groups?

i cant imagine people being so pro google that they would stoop to these lengths.. Basically German people in a suburb in Essen who have opted out of google street view. have had eggs thrown and grafitti written on their houses.
Does google have its own paramilitary unit?

So the first question is how available is this information for these groups to find out who has opted out. I think it is quite worrying as im 100% certain google as its own agenda esp with all this talk of spying on peoples wifi etc.
So secondly has google got its own internal 'street thugs' to bully people into thinking this is qhat you get if you refrain?

trying to find images but there is a quote from google on that. It is all very strange. why do it in the first place conspiracy or not
