Thought I would share this video I shot this morning in England.

Bright clear sky, making the moon appear like a floating bauble.

Was brilliant to see.

The view of the moon is a lot better in some other countries I believe.

So please feel free to share your own video of the moon, so we can see the view from around the world

Please view in at least 720p

I was admiring it last night,it was shining directly overhead kind of like a lamp and my whole backyard was lit up it was beautiful.the strange thing is I've never seen it straight up above me like that before, then again I just may have not noticed it either.I remember one time stationed in japan a few years back and was driving in my car early morning and saw the sun directly in front of me and looked out my rear-view mirror and saw the full moon(behind me) I wished I had my camera with me at the time, but didn't.

Weird, on my way home tonight from work the moon looked MASSIVE in the UK. I thought, got to get my telescope out, now when I look at it it looks mush smaller. It has to do with the way the sun is positioned. Nice HD by the way.

That's exactly how the sun and moon were in relation to one another this morning.

One side a full moon,

The other a complete rising sun

Thanks, you can pick the cam up for around £300 now.

Great package for the price.

Yes I did notice,I've always been fascinated with the moon I never tire of looking at it I believe it started with the moon landings I would pretend I could see them walking on it.

Nice video.

I woke up around 5:00 AM and noticed that the room was full of moonlight, so I got up to see the Moon, but as it was a little cold I didn't photographed it this time.

Nice video and thanks for sharing with us!

I get out once in a while and take some video also. If you look at the right time, you will some interesting things.

Here is something I caught a few nights ago with my JVC Everio and some filters attached to it.

Thanks, I used an 8" Classic LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope and a modified Samsung SDC-435 camera.
