Robots!!! AUGHGH!

I'm not sure about the proximity of this area to Area 51 or if it is the same.

Just thought it was cool.

Welcome to Skynet.

i like "reducing costs" ..

thats just of these robots costs same like a worker for years...maybe more cause of repairs and
technical support...

only reason for them is..they dont ask...they dont talk..

the thing only moves 20 MPH and no mention of offensive or defensive weapons....says its a detection device...I see them using acoustic weapons on this

This will be how our streets are patrolled in the very near future. Theyll start out as un-armed "harmless" surveillance units but after the public gets used to them theyll add a taser to it, then soon after that, a weapon.
Even though there will be a real person behind the controls, itll take the human element out of a situation and give these joystick cops an even itchier trigger finger.

Seems we love to use our advances first as weapons.. and maybe after we killed enough things with it, then find peacefuly purposes for the then older tech.

Don't listen to me.. I'm a silly old git.
