Well my friend i'm sorry to burst your racist bubble but i lived in a Muslim country for one year and i never had one slur at me, i was drinking beer, whiskey, smoking weed and never had a problem from anyone, even the police never hassled me. Women was not attacked, and i never once heard of a rape. I'm from London and i can assure you that the majority of the drug and violence is from non Muslims, and that is a fact. You talk about they looked at you eating pork and said it was wrong, well my friend Jews and Jamaicans would say the same, are you gonna take them on too, even though Jamaican gangs have killed more people in the UK than any Muslim Extremist, What wrong you only pick on Muslims. The above being said, regarding the amputation of a thieves hand, I have nothing against it. Teaching kids a better justice system is not a crime in my book.

I support capital punishment. Let me rephrase. I support EFFICIENT capital punishment, especially over this 20 year death row BS, but this is not the stuff that should be taught to children. While it is true that what they are teaching is vile, evil, and should be taken out, I'm all for faith schools. Of course, not out of taxpayer dollars. But who are we to say faith school is brainwashing and real schools aren't. In example, don't you think that there is a conflict of interest when Pharmaceutical companies pay our teachers to push their drugs?

What is my point? Shouldn't we fix our school systems first and than push our system on others? I know that this is our country but why is it okay to poison our bodies with disgusting drugs? Why is it okay to poison our kids?Than we look at other cultures and say look you have to be just like us while they are telling their kids don't be like them.

Both sides of the coin are wrong no matter how right you think you are. Our school systems sucks and it is failing all the kids.

I could care less about you living in a Islamic country, you and those living there can do whatever you want. It is when you spread your own hate over here is when I have the issue. As I have stated, I don't believe we should be in the middle east at all.

Okay, i've been an avid reader and created the account just to reply to this thread.

So let me tell you this, i grew up in a very moderate muslim country (morocco). so i cant tell you about other arab or muslic countries.. I will tell you three things i remember about what they taught us (schools, mosques, parents) about foreigners:

Uncircumcised.
Alcoholics.
Infidels.

If you wanted to insult another Moroccan kid you would call them Infidels... wow it was implanted that deep in our brains... however that didn't stop us from making friends with tourists and their kids, or having pen-pals from overseas, we still watched MTV wore had earings, low pants, rock n roll etc.. most of us were actually intrigued by the western and European lifestyle. it's like telling a bad kid not to do something but he does it anyway.. we still had the freedom to be bad or good. (i didnt know there was sharia or sunni law until i came to the us)

Anyway i am now 26, i left morocco for the US at the age of 16 and lived in many different areas from the getto to the mansion in the hills and with christian, jewish, and muslim families, as i started to discover the real truth.. we are all taught to hate each other no matter what race or religion we belong to. that's why i choose to belong to none. just like i know how wrong muslims (my people) are. i also know how the rest of the world is.

btw i now drink, smoke, curse, whatever if i want to... one lesson i learned is to start listening to ur self and what makes sense to you. no one is right. no one is wrong.

Actually i lived in an Arab country for a year but i'm back in london, trust me i drank and smoked some good weed with many Muslims. What i found while being there is that all the hype is bull, there is no hatred of us but a love that i have not seen any where else. Believe me when i say this that they love the UK and USA and are fascinated by us not anger or condemnation. look if any Muslim ever does wrong to you then that is one person that done it and not a religion. Ok so they made you feel awkard eating a bacon sandwich, try and go in to a Jamaican Rasta's house with a bacon sandwich and see you don't get kicked out or eat one next to him or her and see if they don't kiss there teethe at you, so by your idea all black Jamaican's would be animals. Like i said i lived in a Arab Muslim country for a year and i never once had one problem or see any westener having any problems out of the ordinary, and trust me i look and sound like i'm from London. Just know that a few bad sheep don't make them all bad.

Please dont take my post the wrong way. i did not explain what the meaning of infidels was. i simply pointed that we were taught and given the impression that all foreigners are infidels. (excluding arab and muslim countires)

Again if you had read my post carefully you'd notice that it wasnt my opinion, but merely a recount of how childhood was ina moderate muslim country (imagine the more serious ones).

As kids we didnt understand what Christianity was we just knew to steer away from. you just do as ur told (or be rebelious)

It wasn't just hassle for a bacon sandwhich, it was constant attempts at conversion, constant reminders of how sinful I was, constant reminders of how I was beneath them. I put up with it for a year before leaving the firm. It was every one of them too and there were about 8 Muslim guys all taking part in the victimisation of the 3 white guys in the team. management never took us seriously when we complained, for fear of upsetting the other guys.

The irony is, as you quite correctly point out, that they too liked a drink and were not shy about it, but were happy to call us "kaffirs" when we did the same.

These are the same people that send their kids to these schools and on the surface they appear "moderate", but like I said, once they get the numerical advantage they are quick to turn on you.

I am not disputing your accounts of where you lived, but at the same time you have to appreciate that the Muslims in the UK are a different breed and are being radicalised.

As for you comments about the war, I demonstrated against it and even now I may support the troops but I think we should bring our boys home as we should leave countries well alone unless they ask for our help. There isn't an awful lot I can do about that though, I used my democratic right and it was ignored. Aside from revolution, there is precious little else I or anyone can do. The sooner these extremists realise that, the quicker we can resolve all these issues.

Bombing us on our way to work is not exactly helping their cause.

Calling us "kaffirs" in our own country only alienates them further.

We're happy to let them worship as they please, as long as they are happy to leave us to our chopices too, but it would appear they are not. That is when we have to make a stand and it certainly doesn't help when a person stands up for their country and their way of life, only to be accused of racism because the person who is trying to change us happens to be brown. I couldn't give a toss if they were brown, pink, green or magenta, if they insist on picking a fight then they have one.

EDIT: As for the west indians not liking pork, never encountered that and I work with two and one is a good mate. Unsure where you got that from.
