I can tell you for a fact - that right now - for several different groups (many you know) and many other unnamed groups many armed and ready - the ones you do not know "this is game on"!

A child - a goddamn child! An American child! Your child - my child - America's child!

Game on - and this is where all my language would be deleted!

If this had been my 4 year old son - holy crap!

Okay, on a serious note, anyone who supports this behavior by license pedophiles, please come by my office so I can curb stomp you in public and leave a curtain rod in your 'you know where you want it'. Children, may be used to bring planes down, sure, but since when do American dad's say, 'okay, no problem, touch his genitals, you're completely unqualified, but I trust you.' ????

I'm appalled by his fathers calm behavior, the soldiers standing there watching the rights they fight for being trampled on, and even more so by everyone in this thread who are supporting this raping of our rights.

I am rambling because I'm so pissed off. I'm sorry, but I am not one of the masses to sit and watch this kind of thing go down in front of me. I rarely fly, and prefer to see the country from my drivers seat in my truck, but if and when I do, if I see this, I swear I'll go to jail for inciting a riot in a hurry before I let something like this get under my skin again like it is right now.

Because the Constitution protects citizens against government agencies (including the TSA) from unlawful searches and seizures. Other law enforcement agencies must have probable cause to conduct a search. As all US citizens board their flights, what do you feel is the probable cause that the government has to conduct the search of individual citizens like this little boy?

THERE IS NO PROBABLE CAUSE!

I just cant say what I want to right now as it is totally against T@Cs. I hope that child is not traumatized for life.

Did anyone go to Youtube and read the description of this video? It says, they were trying to pat the kid and he would not hold still. The dad tried to hold him still and the agents were still not happy so finally the FATHER got fed up and pulled the kid's shirt off. It was not the agents who removed the kid's shirt!

if and when someone gets their seat belt open, and the alarm goes off, and the air marshall is in their face within seconds, we now have another scenario , and I dont see anyone going up against an armed marshall, who's already been checked for metal, explosives, and has no carry on lugagage, having a chance, at all.

I only read the first few pages of this thread, so apologies if this was already answered. But can someone please explain to me why the little boy had to remove his shirt in the first place? I find that more disturbing than the pat down almost, although the idea of patting down little kids is still disturbing.

Is this part of the "enhanced" pat downs? Removing clothes right there in front of everyone? I'm actually scared by this development, and I'm not really prone to hysteria over these kinds of things. Scared for my child, and for me. I'm an attractive woman and definitely not flat chested, and some of the security people I've already encountered while traveling have left me feeling like they were more than just a little bit lecherous. Now, they have free license to basically feel you up, have you remove clothing and prosthetic breasts and...? This can lead to no good. It certainly doesn't make me feel safer or more protected.

Im not going to lie, I find something really suspicious about all these threads hating on the TSA. It seems we have been baraged by them lately. I don't know if its conspiracy theorists looking for something or there are real infringements on rights. I havnt been to an airport in quite a while, so there may be more to it than what I am seeing. And I do agree that searching children in any inapporopriate ways is disturbing and criminal, but I didnt see it here.

I saw a quick pat down with the kids shirt off. The guy was wearing gloves and the father right behind his son. As a father if I saw some dude grope my son in an inappropriate ways we would had at it right there no matter who it was. The father (man, may not be Dad, but seems like it would be) did not seem upset at all. Leaving me to believe the search was conducted with appropriate care.

Heres my position. Putting myself in a TSA agents shoes. If I went lax on my job and some wackjob snuck a bomb, gun, knife whatever through my line and the plane went down, how would I feel? Pretty #ty I imagine. I would rather have a thurough search of the passengers and feel a bit more safe than having some wacko try to hijack a plane or cause chaos at 30,000 feet.

I agree more should be done with the luggage and other stuff. But the scanners and pat downs just do not bother me, and for some reason I think Im not the minority...maybe besides on a conspiracy board.

Yeah it was covered a few pages back. Just made the Dad that more of an idiot with no huevos IMO. Like whats already been mentioned, I can't believe the amount of people that don't see a problem with others violating your rights. It's sad this country has evolved into some people letting who ever wants to run over them do so, cause they don't have the courage to stand up for themself's. It's pretty pathetic, wake up.

And to those that think this is all OK. I heard China and N.Korea has some job openings, you will have to let them touch your junk to get there but I'm sure you won't mind.

My wife just flew to N.C. and i asked her if she got the pat-down...

she did, so i asked her to demonstrate on me what they did...

thank goodness she's my wife....

they actually put their hands on her breasts and both inner thighs..

then put her,(TSA agent) hands on her crotch and pushed upward...

she said that she could tell that the TSA agent was really uncomfortable doing it...

but had to because..well..it was her job...

my wife didn't like it at all but what was she going to do?

I think it's stupid, because if you can't trust the people going onto the plane then how can you possibly trust the people searching them? or the pilot or flight attendants for that matter.. I like what they do in Israel (which has an even higher risk of being targeted for terrorism than America does), they interview each person for about a minute or two and scan your stuff. If someone is a terrorist, a trained professional will be able to tell in these interviews.

If more and more aspects of life becomes like this,

Have you ever been searched before? It is not called being frisked because the person doing to search is feeling frisky... Do you really think that some one would be stupid enough to grope a child in public while everyone is watching?

Face the facts. The boy is facing away, so you can NOT see exactly what he does with his hands. He runs the hands over the boy searching for any contraband. This does involve running hands up and down legs and even running hands in the front and back....

This man did not do that just because it was a boy. Searches are like that for EVERYONE and I am quite sure you know that.

Look, it is a sad and disgusting world out there and it is a horrible fact that sometimes people hide weapons, drugs and other such things on children, hoping that they wont bother checking them.

Please do not pretend that this guy just decided to grab the kid, rip his shirt off in front of everyone and molest him. Be realistic. Most likely, the kid set off the metal detector, and they ended up having to do a quick search. They found nothing, so they had went on to the next person.

Quite frankly, I look at that video, and wonder what is up with the people who see that as sexual...
