Well, knock me over with a feather! Fake bomb made in the US caused Germany terror alert 19 Nov 2010 When a suspicious package was identified at Windhoek airport in Namibia on Thursday, the flight was halted, the Munich-bound passengers delayed and news sped round the world that an x-ray scanner had been found with batteries attached by wires to a detonator and a ticking clock. Today, however, a German government minister revealed the bizarre truth: the bomb was fake, manufactured in the US to test airport security. It was not yet clear who had planted "test suitcase", the German interior minister, Thomas de Mazière, said, but the one fact they had established was that the device had been manufactured by a US company that specialises in alarm systems.
Unquote

The fake device was traced to a US company which makes fake bombs for security testing. According to this article, it seems as though they don't know who was transporting the bomb.

Do I smell a false flag gone wrong?

LOL you jumped the gun assuming it was PTB or government. It could have easily been a red neck extremist American individual or group. Looks like you got caught with your pants down for assuming!

No wrong. The only mention of Gov was a German rep NOT US. The mention was to a "Business man". No mention of US Government reps. You got caught with your pants down using the quoted sources. If you can show me a source (legit) with US Gov rep saying it was a test I will retract the statement. As the poster claimed it was the PTB well .......

In some countries, specially trained individuals may engage passengers in a conversation to detect threats rather than solely relying on equipment to find threats. In the United States the TSA has run several dummy tests in several major airports to measure the success of catching people with bombs. In 2002, the TSA reported that roughly 60% of fake bombs or component parts to bombs were missed by covert screeners. In 2007, that percentage rose to 75%, although this increase alone is misleading.[8] The tests are done by using undercover agents to carry fake bombs/parts in their carry on luggage and counting how many are successful with getting through security checkpoints. The TSA runs covert tests every day and when a screener misses an undercover agent carrying dangerous items, they are immediately sent to remedial training

Your saying its redneck extremist but your reading comprehension is clearly close to nill, and you cant spell simple words?

Im the redneck here and Im clearly offended at the hypocrisy of your statements and actions.

The post CLEARLY said that it was made by US companies to test airport security, Im trying to figure out what part of the post was hard to grasp?

Making assumptions isnt such a smart thing to do LoL

That was the whole point of proving the hypocrisy with assumptions. It is obvious you have the problem with comprehension! Else you would have seen that the post by Brain Garden assumed is was the PTB.

Follow the thread I was pointing out Brain Garden said TPTB NOT THE OP. As I stated German Government Reps & Private companies are NOT WHAT ATS REFER TO AS TPTB. Keep grasping!

Actually if one were to just read it , and look at what Brain was talking about, its pretty easy to connect the dots on who he was referring to.....

And actually there are plenty of "Private Sector" agencies that are considered TPTB here on ATS, the FED being of one them, so that argument is kind of null....

Back on topic, I find it interesting that they even send these things through, if it were a citizen that did that, they would be thrown in prison and the key thrown away for even trying to pass off a fake bomb.......
