Can anyone else do this? It seems whenever I get a spasm in my arm or back, I can controllit to stop, or go as slow or fast as I want it to spasm.

Just discovered this right now. I thought it was cool.

If it's one of those "fluttering" spasms instead of a painful one , it means your dehydrated . I get them in my eyelids once in a while ....funky feeling .

If I go on a junk food binge for too long I'll sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with a horrible cramp in my calf - it will spasm and tighten until I almost want to scream for help but I learned a trick from my boss, who was in the military and got these all the time....he told me that the next time it happened I should put all my effort into standing up and although it would hurt like hell, to put all my weight on the heel of the cramped leg and push down....works like a charm
